I’ve been a customer of Cutting Edge Gamer before, and the first time was smooth—no complaints, everything worked as promised. That’s why this time around, the experience has been so much more frustrating. The stark contrast between then and now is shocking, and I have to be honest about what’s been happening.
From the very beginning, this process has been a headache. What should have been a simple, straightforward transaction turned into a seemingly endless series of emails, confusion, and, frankly, a total waste of time. Each step of the way, I’ve felt like I’ve had to jump through hoops just to get a basic response, let alone a resolution.
To make matters worse, they’ve now gone back on their word. Initially, they told me all I needed to do was send my wife’s Oklahoma driver’s license and they would approve the lease. Simple, right? Well, apparently not. Now they’re asking for even more information, dragging this process out further, and making me feel like I’ve been led on.
It feels like a lie—a promise made just to pacify me, only for them to change the rules afterward. I’m absolutely livid at this point. After complying with what they asked, I expected the issue to be resolved, but instead, I’m left in a worse position than before. This level of service is unacceptable, and the lack of accountability is infuriating.
I don’t like to complain, but enough is enough. Cutting Edge Gamer has turned what was once a reliable service into a nightmare. I’m Brandon Pascual, and I’m done being led in circles. The trust I once had in this company is gone, and I want to make it clear—I’m not just disappointed,...
Read moreI see a lot of people on PC build sites wondering if this is for real or just a shady company running some crazy scam.
This is a truly great company!
I was looking for a very rare GTX 970 Gaming Gold Edition, only 2000 made. You could not find one anywhere. On a whim I called and asked if they had one. They did not.
BUT, within a few days they found one for me and it was in my rig in less than a week.
I then got a nice EVGA 970 for my wife's rig.
So what about service? I had a failure in one of my cards and you think to yourself, "Oh man, here we go, this is where it all falls apart and I pay the hidden cost of trying this new kind of deal".
They sent me a comparable card, it was a different manufacturer but same model, brand new and still in the shrink wrap for me to use BEFORE I sent the brick back to them! They made sure that I did not miss even one more additional day with a dead comp and got me back killing baddies ASAP.
In about 3 weeks they sent me the replacement card and even paid the shipping both ways to return the loaner.
WHO DOES THAT?
The whole experience was completely hassle free, even with a card that crapped out.
I understand the skepticism that pops up on Tom's Hardware and the like but as an actual customer who decided to be a guinea pig for a new idea, I can not recommend them more highly.

Read morehave worked with cuttingedgegamer in the past with no issues, but this time around i sent the documentation for the order to be sent to be then told my lease agreement doesn't work due to me living in the apartment for 8 months rather than just recently moving in. i called to follow up on that information rather than email back and forth and get the reasoning behind why i got denied for the information requested with them stating i hadn't just moved to that physical address. My belief would be that someone living in a residence longer then 6 months would be looked and over someone who had no residence history at all with a fresh lease agreement. I hope i can work something out because the program CuttingEdgeGamer uses for infinite upgrades on GPUs is a good way to keep people with...
