I went in looking for a dress for a wedding and the first young lady who assisted me with the dress was very helpful and nice but i saw leaving for either a break or for the day. I then needed help finding my shoe size and approached a different girl and asked her if she would mind helping me. She replies with ā what??ā and then says what size and just storms in the back to go get it with a really bad attitude, comes back and says i donāt have that size. I then decided trying on a different pair of shoe and asked a different young lady for help. She says she had to wait for the other coworker to come to the front to go get a shoe which I understood. The other person came back and it was the same person that was rude. She went and got me the other shoe slammed it on the counter and walked away. I could not believe this is how they treat people here. I watched interactions with her and other clients and she was terrible with everyone. At that point, I had had enough, went to the register to get checked out by the nice lady and asked her if sheās the store manager. She said no and asked her who is. She didnāt answer me at first and asked her again and you could see the fear in her eyes of not wanting to say and then pointed at the very rude girl from earlier. I asked for her name and she said Jenn. I was utterly shocked that this person who treats customers so bad is the actual store manager. How anyone made HER a store manager, is beyond me. You could see the unprofessionalism Throughout the whole store And it definitely shows on her employees face as well. They just fear her. She is impolite, ill-mannered and very demeaning. She doesnāt care about her employees or anyone!!! Stay far away from this location until they make a Mgmt change....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU SHOP HERE FOR A PROM DRESS!!!!! When my daughter and I went to the Windsor store at Barton Creek Mall in Austin on March 29, 2023 the store was packed. There was a two hour wait to use a dressing room and about an hour wait just to check out. I know if the fire Marshall had come they would have shut the store down. The employees were very rude and very unprofessional. The employees appearance looked like they stumbled out of bed and went to work. Your store was a mess with people stepping on clothes that were for sale. It was like we were an inconvenience to the store. My daughter finally found a dress that she loved and was very adamant about getting it. We went to check out and waited. They did tell me no returns at checkout. They also entered my name wrong on the receipt which shows how careless the employees are. On April 15, 2023 my daughter put the dress on and the zipper was busted. Keep in mind the no return policy and that prom is less than a week away. I got ahold of customer service and you can only communicate through text which is even more frustrating. YOU HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE STORE TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE SINCE ALL CALLS GO TO ONE PLACE. I'm not driving an hour and a half to argue with a manager because there was no point as they have a no return policy. I ended up taking it to an alteration company. I will pay at least $70+ to fix it because Windsor sold me a faulty product and said, "We go through a quality inspection." My daughter has prom on Saturday and Windsor hasn't helped yet. I called corporate and am currently waiting on a call back.

I was trying to find a dress that was on a mannequin, but was told there werenāt anymore. I asked for the one off the mannequin and the sales associate told me no, she was too busy and they were understaffed. So I go to take it off myself and another young lady comes up to tell me I canāt take the dress off myself. Great, then could you please take the dress off. No, theyāre too busy and they canāt. Fine, I will do it myself. No company policy says you canāt do it yourself. You can come follow me to talk to my manager. No you can ask your manager to come up here and explain why you wonāt sell me this dress. My manager is too busy. Now the first girl comes back, so TWO sales associates spend 15 minutes explaining why they canāt take two minutes to take a dress off a mannequin. She continued to say company policy, company policy, company policy. Iām pretty sure your company is in the business of selling clothes.
