It was our 1st time ever parasailing, we were bit nervous. We were scheduled for 3:45 time slot. When we arrived to booth an hr early, the ladies were nice and professional. They both suggested since we were early, their was an early boat avaliable with a great crew. We agreed to take the early boat, again nervous not knowing anything.

As we were escorted to the boat the nerves were riding high. But, Waylon and Carlos changed all that. They were both professional and made it fun. To calm the nerves Carlos was amazing knew how to lighten the mood. While Waylon chimed in with his sense of humor. Combined personalities not only lightened the mood. We didn't even realize we had already left the dock. While we shared jokes, and listening to Waylon and Carlos awesome music playlist. Before you know it, we were on back of the boat harness on ready to go. Carlos was informative, told us simple rules and suggestions. Within a short time, we were in the air. It was amazing the views were breath taking. Waylon at the helm of the boat made us feel safe. While Carlos kept a close eye on us while in the air to make sure we were safe. Through out the whole experience it was words cannot express what it truly felt like.

Also, to the couple that were on the boat. We thank you for being on the boat with us. They were kind which made the experience even more easier. We didn't get there name, the couple were really cool. Hopefully, one day we will run into them cause they were good people.

do NOT go parasailing with this company! waste of money and time. my friends and I went together and both bought the photo package. Keep in mind, i've gone parasailing many times and this time my boyfriend and I only went to get the professional pictures taken of us. we get on the boat and start, the photo man, Carson starts taking photos of others while parasailing and I ask him to get these certain pictures of my boyfriend and I. His response, " i've been doing this for years, don't doubt me." The WHOLE time we are in the air, he is flirting with a girl on the boat and did not get ANY good pictures of my boyfriend and i, all of which were blurry and could be taken by iphone quality rather than the professional quality. I asked him if he got pictures of us dipping in the ocean, and he replies no so i ask if they can just put us back to dip us really quick? would seem fair as it was my birthday AND we had bought the photo package however his answer was no. when i called this company to complain, the girl who answered provided no help nor compensation for the trouble, she said she would have the owner call me back however he never did. this shows the lack of care the owner has for his customers. i highly advise you to steer clear of this "establishment" that is lodged into a fish...

Had a fantastic time!!! The girl at the counter, Hannah, was VERY nice and accommodating. Some of my stuff slid around while we were out on the water and I didn't notice until the boat had taken off again, she went WAY out of the way to make sure I got it back. Crew was VERY nice and helpful. I had told them I have balance issues, and they helped me get from "grab point" to grab point. The parachute they use is VERY much advanced from when I did one years ago, and so all you really have to do is relax and enjoy. They said at the start you had 3 choices when they brought you back in, stay dry, dip ankles or get dunked. Everybody picked ankles. All in all I thought it was a marvelous time and WELL worth the reasonable cost. I was also very happy with the photo package. VERY nice touch, and not an overcharge thing at all!! Not only do you get the card they took them on, there are no restrictions on the pics, so I can share without worry! Highly recommend, and if you are the owner, I would tell you, you have an absolute gem with Hannah. Saw her interact with several people, and SO nice with all of them. BTW I don't like heights, but this was so smooth, I never was...
