Lolita Dessert Club — Restaurant in Florida

I really wanted to like this place but I’ve never felt more ripped off! The package for 2 people is $140 and with 3 people $210. I think it’s worth maybe $100 total for what we had however our total with tip was $288. IN NO WAY WAS IT WORTH ALMOST $300!!! One package comes with a bottle of champagne and the sweet & savory food items but when you add a person you don’t get more champagne but charged a full person amount so you should! They need to improve the pricing structure because you get ripped off if you have an uneven number of people. The savory food was terrible to be honest. No choices, only tuna salad and turkey with Swiss on cheap white bread. No Mayo or any condiments. There was mini quiche but they looked like the ones you can buy in the freezer section at your local grocery store. The macaroons were good and the marshmallows yummy and I will admit the banana pudding was the best thing. We had to make a reservation a month in advance almost but there was no one else there until the end when a large party came in. They were soooo loud we couldn’t even converse amongst ourselves. The server was nice but dressed out of character for what this place perceives and When asked about the additional items shown on the website, she seemed puzzled. She brought us a menu so apparently if you order anything else it comes from the restaurant next door. Bottom line I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend this to anyone! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lolita Dessert Club -- it was an absolute delight for the senses!!

The ambiance and colors are charming; what truly elevated my experience was the outstanding service from Milana.

Milana's professionalism and warmth were immediately apparent. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel right at home. Her knowledge of the menu was extensive, and she patiently guided me through all of the dessert options.

What struck me most was Milana's attention to detail. She took the time to ensure that my order was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Her passion for the desserts and dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Throughout my visit, Milana remained attentive, creating a perfect balance that enhanced the overall dining experience. It's evident that she takes great pride in her work, and her commitment to delivering exceptional service did not go unnoticed.

I left Lolita Dessert Club with some yummy treats and a smile on my face, thanks in no small part to Milana's outstanding hospitality.

Yikes. The young girl working the store today needs to not be working w customers. I just left, with my young daughter and anytime we tried asking a question or making small talk the girl would respond aggressively. Anytime we made a polite comment or complimented the establishment she met it w a snide comment ( which happened maybe 15 times in the 4 minutes we spent there.) We could not wait to leave this place once we realized the negativity levels here were off the charts. Whoever manages this places needs to help train her, as she has zero ability to speak to a customer politely. Oh well, and the donut she gave us was broken. Truly a pathetic experience beginning to end. I've now shown a picture of the $30 " Good to Go" box. This is NOT $30 in value. This is garbage, and the girl who removed items was tossing the items aggressively. Look at the pics. Last thing owners- we have a Bierhday Party in 3 weeks, and wanted to test the food out. THANKFULLY we did and unmasked a horrendous operation. I've since reas reviews of bad birthday experiences and I believe them all !
