I don't see what all the hype is. I tried it for the first time. 108.00 for a small ham and 2 sides. The potatoes were dull and oven cooked (tasted like microwaved potatoes) and the ham was wayyy below average. The service was great (he was so nice). It's not worth the hype. I'll be cooking a ham from now on, as normal. It just wasn't worth it. I guess if you don't know how much better a home made ham is then you will think it's great. It's far from great, way below even average. A home made ham is juicy and flavorful, these are hockey pucks. Look on the website to see service directions. I ordered a roasted turkey breast for thanksgiving. I come in wait in an expected long line and pick it up. I get half way down the road to see that there is no crunchy sugar topping as that is what I buy it for. I call they say I can come back and get another one. I wait in an even longer line only to get a very rude woman who says “someone must have been hungry” and proceeds to give me a new one with the exact same issue. So, I left with something I didn’t want after two long waits and rudeness on top of it. I will never purchase another thing...
