Absolutely horrible. Most games cost $1.75 or more to play. We didn't realize that until we had already put money on cards for our kids, and they had a no refund policy. My daughter played one game, but it charged her twice. The people working kept telling me she had played a second game called "teller" and that's what had taken her money. I asked them to show me that game, and they walked me in a circle around the arcade but didn't point out a game. They said okay, like they had answered my questions, and I told them they hadn't even pointed out a game. They looked at their computer, then told me "teller" was actually the machine that put the money on the card. They finally put the money for the extra charge back on the card. The prizes were ridiculously priced too. Altogether, my three kids had 97 tickets between them, but most little cheap trinkets cost 100 tickets or more. They finally settled on 3 temporary tattoos for 25 tickets each so they could each have one thing. A rip off for the $40 I spent. Don't bother with the arcade. They make you buy a card for credits. Which most places do, very normal. Spent time with my 4 year old, had 3 credits left but he wanted to get prizes for what he did earn because it was time to leave. We live close so i figured wed use the remaining credits a different day. Was told that they can't (dont understand how maybe, because it shouldnt be hard if this is their system) to subtract the tickets off the card and if he wanted to cash in his tickets we would have to forfeit any credits left on the card. Even the Rat knows how to do this for arcades, honestly this is the only arcade that does not do this. If this is how the business is planning on running then the machines need to be set back up to reward actual tickets if they can't facilitate like an up to date arcade. Or when you purchase the card in the machine have a note saying that none of the games will even out and you'll still lose money if you use tickets. I went to this store in October 2021 bought 2 birds that hang on wall to face one another (can be seen in the window) the older guy that works there and sold the birds was not there to day but think his daughter was( long black hair)

When I bought the birds they were $25 but today (October 13 2022)they are on sale for $ 10

When I bought he boxed them up and taped them up

When I got home 9 hours away I had the red on but the blue bird had been replaced with a red bird needing a black ring

I let them know this to day

I got a smile No sorry Not free bird Not nothing

My sister let her know that I was done dirty on purpose last year

I even asked for the ring to the bird I had gotten but nothing

These people that on this store will do u dirty and smile about
