The food was terrible. When you go to a chain-based franchise, you expect a certain level of consistency. Examples: McDonalds fries, Arby's roast beef sandwiches, Chick-fil-A. Bread over toasted, no peppers, we got peppers. House dressing asked for and were given mayonnaise oozing out all over everything. This was our 2nd attempt to go to Subway because the 1st time had been a disaster with the same types of mistakes. The 1st time they were busy, really busy, so we chalked that up to no big deal. Try again later when not so busy. That wasn't the problem associates didn't care. The place was empty, we ordered three things, said “please” and “thank you”, yet they still acted like the most stuck up people I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. She was the only employee there and even though she hadn't even gotten to start my order yet she was extremely apologetic and composed.
