I’m very unhappy with this place. They screwed me twice and I tried to work with them (because they’re the closest to me) but they’re very dishonest and lazy.
The first time I went to Cien’s was to get a new stereo installed. I wanted Apple CarPlay and had read the good reviews so I went over. We spoke about what stereos they had available and I was quoted $1700. Fine. I figured it was a little pricey but I was sure that the price would reflect on the work. It didn’t. First thing they did was, when I showed up to get the radio installed, I was told that somebody didn’t put it in the schedule so the radio that was supposed to be mine was sold to somebody else. I should’ve left right then and there but Jaime assured me he would replace it with something comparable and would still be getting a good deal. That wasn’t true. The stereo I was sold was a whatever Sony stereo. When I went to pick up my car, they had put a ghetto back up cam on my license plate even though my car already had a back up camera. When I asked why - I was told that the new radio wasn’t compatible with my car’s camera and that they “threw the camera in there for free”. My car looked so stupid. I was upset but they were paid and I was already screwed so I ate it. A couple of days later, my car was totaled in an accident. I had to get all of my stuff out of it. My new stereo, my subwoofer, my amps. Everything. Cien’s garage was nice enough to say they don’t do mobile work but they’d do it for me in this case cus my car was sitting in Progressive’s lot and not drivable at all. The guys at the lot said they couldn’t have somebody working on the car in the lot so I had to have my car towed over to a shop to do it. Since Cien’s garage had offered to go out of their way for me, I figured I’d give them another chance to redeem themselves. $500 to remove all of my stuff. Fine. I had my car towed over to them and they said it would take a day or 2 and I’d be able to go pick up all of my stuff. When I got to Cien’s garage to pick up my stuff, I had noticed that they left my bass knob behind, they hadn’t removed the wires, they just cut them. When I told Jaime, “hey what about my wires and my bass knob?” He gave me an amp kit (1 even though I needed 2 to replace the 2 left behind) and a cheap bass knob. He said not to worry, they would replace the little things like wires or attachments needed to put my stuff into my new car. Once I got my new car, I set up an appointment with Cien’s to install all of my things in my new car. Plus, a new dash cam that I had ordered. They quoted me $1800. I told him I wouldn’t be having them install the new stereo because I didn’t want to have 2 back up cams on my new car. It looked lame and the new stock stereo in my new car was gonna be good enough. That’s when Jaime REALLY did it. He said “well, we need the module to connect the stock radio to your stuff - that’ll be another $300” and I asked him “what module? You mean the one that was on my old stock radio that you guys replaced?” And he said “yeah we gave you your old stereo back”. They DID give me my old stereo back but they did NOT give me the module and now were trying to have me pay for it too. These guys are crooks and I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. I went to audio express and they installed my stuff in my new car, module included and new wires and everything for $1000. Cien’s garage. You made $2200 off of Khal and I and I hope you’re satisfied but you’re crooked and crooked...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting Cien’s Garage for a lift, tire and rim work for my 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport and I am delighted to share my outstanding experience. From start to finish, the team at Cien’s delivered exceptional service, demonstrating their expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Jaime Rodriquez listened to my requirements and offered insightful advice to help me make the best choices for my vehicle. Their professionalism and attention to detail instilled confidence in their abilities. The tire and rim work itself was executed flawlessly. The technicians at Cien’s work efficiently and meticulously. They handled my rims with care, ensuring they were properly aligned and balanced. The tire installation was performed with precision, leaving no room for error. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their workmanship.
Furthermore, the shop provided an extensive selection of tires and rims, offering a wide range of brands and styles to suit different preferences and budgets. Their knowledgeable staff guided me through the options, helping me find the perfect match for my vehicle. Beyond the excellent work on my tires and rims, Cien’s also provided outstanding customer service. They were transparent with pricing, explaining all costs upfront and ensuring there were no surprises. The shop maintained a clean and organized environment, adding to the overall professionalism and efficiency of their operations.
Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Cien’s for any tire and rim services. I am absolutely delighted with the work, and I have no regrets whatsoever about purchasing all of my new stuff for my Tacoma. I will most definitely be going back to them for all my other truck needs, such as railings, a sound system, and eventually wrapping my truck. Thank you to Ciens Garage...
Read moreLet me tell you about my journey from audio agony to sheer delight. My Ram truck was plagued with electrical sound system problems, and I made the mistake of entrusting an unnamed shop. Eleven visits later (yes, you read that right—eleven!), I was ready to pull my hair out. They’d lied, messed up, and left me feeling utterly defeated.
But then, like a beacon of hope, I stumbled upon Cien’s Garage. I called, and Jaime answered—a true audio wizard. From that first conversation, I knew I was in capable hands. Jaime’s confidence in their abilities was contagious. And guess what? They worked around my schedule! No more waiting endlessly or feeling like a pawn in a repair shop drama.
As far as price goes, they are very reasonable. Craftsmanship? Oh, they’ve got it. Cien’s Garage didn’t just clean up the mess left by the other shop (which, let’s face it, was a dumpster fire). They fixed everything. My sound system? It’s transcendent now. I was this close to trading in my beloved truck solely because of those audio woes. But thanks to Jaime and the team, my truck sings like a rock star. Chris handled the install/repair for the most part.
Chris—Professional, meticulous, and with an attention to detail that borders on obsession. He took the baton from Jaime and turned my Ram into a rolling concert hall. Seriously, I half expect Mozart to pop out of the speakers.
So, here’s the bottom line: If you’re anywhere near Cien’s Garage, drop everything and pay them a visit. Tell them the audio-challenged truck owner sent you. You won’t regret it. These folks are the real...
