Unfortunately, I personally had a poor experience with them. As I know factors could play a role within service times and could be extended which I understand. However, I felt as if I was lost within the repair of my own computer. I hate to nag and continue to ask but during this time was a stressful time period, exams and presentations within the whole month of repair but that's why I was so repetitive in asking. But at least their customer service representative was at least acknowledging the fact of the stress of the situation, definitely helped from their service standpoint.
I turned in my computer to the company on February 24th and received it back on March 31st unfixed. As I understand new complications can occur when figuring out why a MacBook Pro wouldn't turn on, a common and the initial issue. I requested to be updated on what was happening, maybe a time frame and at least be informed on what was wrong with the computer. They told me they wouldn't be able to give me an exact time frame, understandable.
Two weeks later I called and wanted to see if their was an update, they were replacing another chip as it wouldn't turn on, totally fine. Another week passes by and I contacted them again asked if it'd take another week or two as they were replacing another chip as the first one didn't work. Again, understandable as they were doing their best to fix it. But wish I got an update on the extended time of the repair. A couple weeks go by and I contacted them again. They informed me there was water damage to my computer and couldn't fix it. I asked for an update March 25th at 6:00AM and contacted them at 1:00PM via phone and was told they were going to contact me but didn't get the chance to yet. I chose this company as it was recommended by someone else that wasn't too familiar with MacBooks. Had good reviews, fair pricing, and a swift service. Unfortunately, my service wasn't the best, but I do understand the condition of the device is important and would alter the timing, I wished I was being communicated to on what was happening to my device.
Maybe a good service for higher quality equipment but wasn't the best experience...

They didn’t install my printer all the way.I had to connect it to my computer after the guy left. My internet is still slow.Can’t open pages at times. Had them take a brand new computer to load windows.The tech diagnosed it at my hone before taking it stating that I need windows. An estimate came later and I approved it. I went out of town and they wanted the money before they started the work. Thank was back and forth from my two homes in Arizona and California. They left me messages that they needed a credit card number and then they left another message stating that the estimate they gave me was an inaccurate that I needed more storage. They then threaten to dispose of the computer if it’s not picked up. Estimate is now 200.00 more than first quoted and approved.Complete scam of a company. While this was taking place they change their names to JCO computers all of a sudden. I called SL computers. It is against the law to change an estimate after it’s been approved.So I had the computer picked up and now I’m filling complaints. Watch out for these thieves. Read moreSo I tried to be mr hacker and rooted my Galaxy S7. Little did I know that sprint deactivates your service when you root your phone. So I was mad and went to a sprint store for solutions. Of course they wouldn't even try to help me because my GS7 was rooted. But they did tell me to go to another sprint store but they will charge over $200 to fix. So I declined and left. I was dissapointed and also scared that I would have to buy a new phone. But while I was driving around, I thought that I'll go to SL Computers (since they always did a tremendous job on my computers). And I also knew that they did phone repairs. So I called and they said that they'll help me and I dropped my phone off. I got a phone call the next day and they said that my phone was ready to be picked up.
