The staff at Desert Reign Med Spa were incredibly knowledgeable and professional, putting her at ease right away. The treatments were a game-changer! My wife came back looking like a rejuvenated goddess. Her skin was glowing, her stress melted away, and her confidence skyrocketed. I couldn't help but feel like the luckiest guy in the world! I have been to this medspa and have always been happy until my last visit. Dr. Natalie was who I chose to administer my chin filler back in August. When I went to check out I paid the full amount 800+ (on top of my prior payment of the deposit which was $400). I didn't realize they had charged me the full price instead of the other half I was supposed to pay until a couple weeks later. I also thought the 400 would come off later. I called the Medpsa and talked to Natalie and she said oh yeah I think they charged you full price because I (Dr. Natalie)voluntarily upgraded me to voluma. So when the other girl checked me out she didn't take into account of my previous deposit I had already paid. Natalie said she would take it off and was apologetic about the inconvenience. Fast forward a month(October) the charge was still on my account, so I put a claim out on my card. Chase got back with me about a week later saying it was approved, and I thought that was that. Today (December 26) I look at my credit card saying they REBILLED me 405.00 I have all the receipts as I put it on my credit card. This business is unprofessional and irresponsible with finances and charges. I will not be going back and no longer recommending them. Justine was amazing to work with! She took the time to talk with me and fully understand my goals. Justine gave excellent recommendations when I was unsure exactly what I needed. Her technique is very gentle and precise, and she did a great job of using multiple different sensory distraction methods throughout the appointment which kept my pain level at a 0. She also made sure to check that my pain was managed, and offered to re-numb or use stronger numbing agents if needed (not needed at all). My results were exactly what Justine and I discussed; just what I wanted. It is easy to see that she is a perfectionist, which is appreciated when you’re trusting her with your face. She also recommended a follow up appointment in two weeks to ensure that I get the results I wanted once the swelling goes down. Everyone at the med-spa were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
