We had just gotten the Sunday paper, and it was a door buster sale, I needed 3 backpacks, and the ones we wanted were no where to be found. So we asked customer service, and they didn't know which we were talking about, so I asked if they had copy of the sale paper, Wich they didnt, so I did run out to my car and found I had brought it with me, so I go back in, and since the CS was busy, I asked one of the cashiers for help, but she was clueless! I was getting very irradiated, I have disability and I was in so much pain, anyway, I walk away from said chashier, and go look for someone's else, we couldn't find ANYONE, they were all either on break or at a register, not nearly enough people to work this sale. So I go back to customer service, and show them the paper, and she was like it's on the back wall, I said we have checked there and though out the store we can't find them anywhere. She then checks the computer and had the lady from that section go check in back, also got the manager to look as well, not only did they not have said backpack in there store it wasn't in any of the Kohl's stores in Phoenix. Every time I go to this store there is some kinda problem. The fact that no store had them was false advertising. And while they said they would give us a discount on different backpacks, but chose to go to a differ store and buy very nice good quality backpacks, we bought the same one my daughter had for three years, these should last 3 years again, we did get the ones that Kohls said they had, but didnt, so we went to target, and I bought 3 of them for my 3 kids in school. To bad Kohl's takes losing money so lightly. I have have a large family so when we shop for school it's alot of money, but I'm so over trying to find stuff they advertise, I'll just keep going to Target and J C Penny's. I also have told all my friends about this too, and I know we maybe just a few dallors in the grand scheme of it all, but if I tell ten, and they tell ten we could really put a dent in their pocket book. And they never have the size shoes for me or my son. I guess I'm saying I don't like kohl's anymore. Hope this helps you decide to go...
Read moreI can not do a 1/2 star! I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied and disappointed with Kohl’s in Avondale, AZ on North Dysart Road. First, most of the products are mixed up and we had to read each tag to make sure of the sale item matched the clothes we wanted. Second, when my 12 year old son is in the dressing room don’t have female employees stand at the closed door he’s in. Third, when the father of the said 12 year old son is trying to hand his son different clothes and check the size don’t try and block him. Fourth, when you stare at the father as he is with his son and eyeball him while he’s getting different clothes, it raises extreme uneasy feelings and emotions of anger. Fifth, DO NOT give the father/customer evil eye and stare the father down!!!! Sixth , when I bring up a concern to the cashier -that you need to talk to a manager about it-don’t ignore it or try and pacify the very concerned father/customer—-call a manager!. Seventh, wait until the customer leaves the fitting room before collecting from the bin or checking the changing rooms; YOUR store was not that busy!!!!! Eighth, I’ll be closing this corporate credit card thanks to this very negatively epic and awkward experience!! I use to only shop at Kohl’s and this experience has changed my mind! Finally: I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT THIS KOHLS OR ANY KOHLS EVER AGAIN! Hello Walmart, Target and...
Read moreWAS WITH KOHL'S CHARGE FOR OVER A DECADE, SO HOW DO THEY REPAY ME FOR MY LOYALTY??? CLOSING MY ACCOUNT WITH A BALANCE, DUE TO AN ERROR ON THEIR PART. AN AGENT PUT ME ON A DO NOT CALL LIST, IN 2020, EVEN THOUGH I'D NEVER REQUESTED IT. SO WHEN AN UNDERSTANDABLE OVERSIGHT OCCURED WITH A PAYMENT NOT GOING THROUGH, (WHEN I WAS IN THE FREAKING HOSPITAL) NO ONE CALLED ME, SO EVEN THOUGH I'D MADE PAYMENTS AFTER, I WAS UNAWARE I WAS STILL BEHIND...SO THEN AFTER 3 MONTHS THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT A MOMENTS NOTICE, & UPON ESCALATING IT, THEY'VE DECIDED, IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT AND REFUSE TO REOPEN THE ACCOUNT. THANK YOU KOHLS, YOU'VE NOW LOST SO MUCH MORE, THAN ONE LOYAL CUSTOMER, (WHO SPENDS THOUSANDS THERE EACH YEAR), BUT YOU'VE ALSO LOST EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY CLIENTS', FRIENDS', & FAMILIES' AS WELL AS THEIR AFFILIATED BUSINESSES LOYALTY. YOU SEE, I WAS THE ONE WHO GOT THEM INTO SHOPPING WITH KOHL'S INSTEAD OF IT'S COMPETITORS BECAUSE AT THE TIME, I FELT QUALITY OF PRODUCT, & CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABOVE AVERAGE, ALTHOUGH COSTS HIGHER IT WAS WORTH IT, WHEN YOU ADDED PROMOS & KOHLS CHARGE DISCOUNTS. BOTTOM LINE: 10+ YEARS OF LOYALTY, ON TIME PAYMENTS, AND COLLECTIVELY TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS SPENT.... DOES NOT HOLD ANY VALUE TO KOHL'S. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. GOOD JOB...
