Giving 3 stars for the food, would give 0 stars for the employees and work ethics in this place. First time trying this place and most likely will be the last. If you want a good read and interested in knowing what to expect at this place on a Saturday evening is like, read on. If not, I just might sound like a typical "Karen" and that's ok too ☺️. I walked into this establishment 5 minutes 'after' estimated pick up time. I was greeted by very busy hostesses trying to keep up with pick up orders ( understood)... I was not told how long the wait was going to be but was handed a cup to help myself to a drink for the inconvenience of waiting (cool, thanks). Everything was calm and fine until moment I thought I was making a good decision to take my drink out to my car before they call me and I don't have an extra hand to carry my 4 pizzas, pasta, 2 salads, vinegar and oil sauces AND garlic knots....mind you, I had been standing there for 20/30 minutes past my pick up time, at the cash register awkwardly with probably 4 other people in the way of other orders ( as they do not have designated seating for people who are waiting for pick ups nor do they tell you to take a seat in dining and they will call you, you're just in the way of everyone while your order is still being made, as is there's, so if you're easily claustrophobic, this place isn't for you). So as I got to the door to put my drink in the car, I heard them call my name. I was closer to my car than I was the counter at this point so I continued to my car and turned right back around within 20 seconds. When I got back to the counter the lady said she had put my food back already. ( So I stood there for 30 mins, and the moment I'm gone for 30 seconds, this chick puts my stuff back.. like am I not allowed to go to the bathroom or put stuff in my car? So she stuffs everything back in a bag (I have no faith it's all correct) I take it to my car to pull everything out to see if it's even all there, the vinegar and oil was spilling everywhere after the waitress played with the bag so much, then to more dismay the garlic knots were missing. I walked back in there, talked to the manager, explained that I was gone for less than 30 seconds and he proceeded to defend his waitress and offend me by assuming I'm a driver and said " well my waitress just probably thought you were just leaving the food, we have drivers leave on us all the time". First of all, dont assume that your only customer base entering your establishment is a freaking driver. I was waiting for MY food that I PURCHASED a whole whopping $95 worth, at that. People don't spend that and need or want things to be missing but somehow, here we are. And that even gets worse. I get home and I spaced to checking if they put the chicken on the "salad pizza" and they didn't give us the chicken that we are charged extra for, and we didn't get the ranch that we were charged extra for. First and last time I go there. Do not give these peeps your dough, it's NOT worth it...
Read moreThis location is terribly incompetent and has gone way downhill. I have been a regular here for about 17 years and I can’t stress how bad it’s gotten. There is always an issue with the coupons they send out, the people answering the phones give wrong information, and management has no clue how to fix the issues they create. The food has also become just mediocre for the price. Today we ordered a pizza and drink and let them know by phone we were using their newest coupon which is $10 off of $20. I was told the pizza was $18.99 and I asked her to add a drink on so my subtotal would be over $20. I let her know I had the coupon… and I double checked before hanging up that my subtotal was above $20 so the coupon could apply and she said yes, and that she would apply the coupon when we arrive. We show up to pick up our food, and apparently they couldn’t get the coupon to apply (which is typical of this location)… the manager Christian says the subtotal wasn’t actually above $20 like I was told on the phone. The girl goes “oh it’s supposed to be subtotal?” like she had no clue how coupons work, and confirming it was her screw up. I asked him how this was our fault when his employees were giving wrong info by phone. He just sat there saying he didn’t know and that he couldn’t apply the coupon. He refused to make it right even though it was their screw up… and get this, the subtotal was off by 2 CENTS! We had to add on extra food to make the coupon work because they are so incompetent. The only reason I didn’t walk out and tell them to shove the pizza is because my kids are waiting on dinner and we have an appt we can’t be late for. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else, you’ll be glad you did. It takes a lot to frustrate me, but this place has proven over and over that they are incompetent and when you put in a complaint, nothing is done or fixed. You won’t be acknowledged as a valued customer. Save your money and save yourself a headache and go...
Read moreNot happy with the pizza last night we got. Ordered pick up- large pesto (pesto only with cheese). Was charged for a chicken pesto minus chicken.(you would like the pesto and cheese would be the cost of just like a cheese pizza of pepperoni)
Everything was great placing the order. The lady did a phenomenal job, repeating everything back and making sure it was going to be a smooth transaction.
Pizza was picked up and brought to the house and we were very disappointed when we opened the boxes. The pesto was not cooked as well as the pepperoni pizza. We ordered wings as well and asked for them to be extra crispy that was not the case.
After making the decision to call I spoke with Vanessa the manager and explained to her that the pizza was not cooked. The reply I got was not expected. There was no apology. There was no offer of making a pizza. I was even asked if I tried the wings yet to see if they were cooked. I explained my concern that I at this point did not even wanna try the wings because this is chicken and if they are not cooked, that would make me sick. She said that she would reimburse me for the two pizzas and for me to let her know if the chicken was done.. ummm, nope. I explained that I would take photos and also bring them down there the next day. So basically what I did was, I took the pizzas, had to actually cut the pizzas cause they weren’t cut through either and put them in the oven and finish cooking them. The whole reason I ordered pizza was not to cook or mess my kitchen up. Now I have trays that I need to clean and utensils. Big inconvenience it was. And let’s not forget about the price ( chicken pizza without chicken)
Sorry! would have done just...
