Rosie's Taco Shop is a true gem, delivering exceptional flavors and an unparalleled dining experience. This place has quickly become my go-to for a satisfying meal, and here's why.
Tacos Galore - The variety and quality of tacos at Rosie's are simply outstanding. Each taco, whether it's the succulent Carne Asada or the flavorful Shrimp, is crafted to perfection. The creamy chipotle sauce on the Shrimp and Fish tacos is a delightful touch that elevates the taste to a whole new level.
Burrito Bliss - The burritos are generously stuffed and bursting with flavors. The Cali Burrito, with its combination of carne asada, french fries, guacamole, sour cream, and cheese, is a standout favorite. For a unique twist, try any burrito "Chimi Style" or "Wet Style" for an added layer of deliciousness.
Bowls and Quesadillas - For a lighter option, the bowls are a fantastic choice, packed with fresh ingredients like crisp romaine lettuce, black beans, and guacamole. The quesadillas, particularly the Surf & Turf, offer a delightful mix of steak and shrimp with a creamy chipotle sauce that is simply irresistible.
Sides and Extras - Don't miss out on the Elote Cocktail, a flavorful blend of grilled corn, aioli, cotija cheese, lime, and chili powder. The variety of dips, from guacamole to queso, perfectly complement the crispy chips, making for an excellent snack or appetizer.
Desserts - End your meal on a sweet note with the Churro Bites or Raspberry Cheesecake Bites. Sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar and drizzled with sweet condensed milk, these treats are the perfect finish to a fantastic meal.
Rosie's Taco Shop is a haven for taco enthusiasts and anyone who loves bold, fresh flavors. Read moreGot the carne asada taco, made it a meal, which comes with rice, beans, and a drink. The taco came with a lot of meat and the rice and beans were both big portions. Can’t say I was a fan of the rice only because it had corn/carrots in it and I’m not a fan of mixing foods as such. I did try to eat around the corn and carrot and the rice itself wasn’t bad but still nothing worth hyping about. I don’t feel like it’s an acceptable reason to knock a star off for that as that’s a personal preference and as I said, the rice wasn’t bad. The beans were good and perfect for dipping chips in them. The carne asada didn’t have any gristle pieces which was a plus but can’t say the flavor was 100% there and despite adding salsa, it was still a bit bland. A burrito was ordered as well and like other reviews, there was a bit more tortilla vs meat. Due to the burrito, lack of flavor in the meat, and it being $30 for not having ordered much is where the 3...
Read moreSuper nice staff and quality, tasty food. I’ve only had the breakfast burritos but have been going the last few months at least a couple times a week. Reduced price on breakfast burritos from 7-9 am (as of this writing)… only criticism is that on the last few visits, the burrito size is NOTICEABLY smaller. Not sure if this is a new cook that needs a bit of training or a directive from management, but what was once a large filling breakfast is now about the size of what you’d expect from Taco Bell (though much higher quality). If that’s the new size, it’s still good, but not the filling breakfast it was and certainly not the value. The last three times I was there, I could have eaten two when previously I was very full from one. Looking through the reviews here, it doesn’t seem owner/manager looks at these so this is for those of you that have been here before but maybe not recently. I hope they stick around and I look forward to trying...
