On Friday November 8th, I got married. We decided that renting was not going to work for us because of how many people lived overseas. Nathan D went above and beyond helping us pair together the perfect outfit with things that would be worn again by the men. He really took his time to make sure that all the fabrics and colors would look perfect together for the photos. We would come in every few months and he was always pleasant and remembered our names and the wedding date. When it was time for the rest of the groomsmen to place their orders, he helped us return and update our original order as the vest we had originally picked was discontinued. One of our groomsmen was deployed at this time and Nathan took care of everything making sure his order was updated in the system and we did not have to bother the groomsmen on deployment. He exchanged things that we had no receipt for and make sure everything was perfect. As it got closer to the wedding day, some of the groomsmen did not listen to our instructions to have things delivered to the location next to our house, and we were missing two sets of clothes. Albert H spent almost 2 hours calling all the different stores, tracking things down and confirming that people had picked up the proper clothes. In the week leading up to the wedding he pressed and steamed all 8 of the shirts that we had, and made sure everything was perfect. They even went so far to look up a receipt for the groomsmen who was deployed, because his orders changed and he was not going to make it to our wedding by 4 months. He was always very nice and paid close attention to details. The entire time he was helping us, he was also training a new gentleman. The two of them together were able to calm all of nerves and make everything run smooth for the day of the wedding. Read moreNothing is more stressful during a wedding when the place where we are renting our clothes is not professional, nor have the knowledge to provide the correct clothing. When we first went in to get fitted, the girls working were clueless. They were dressed very unprofessionally and disrespectful. When they measured my brother who is 6'4", they told me his shirt fit perfectly. When I asked the lady if she was serious, she told me absolutely. I had to tell her to look again because the sleeves were halfway up his arms. She told me she didn't have a size nor knew what size to fit him. After she just gave us a stern reminder about being fitted months prior to the event, she told us to come back a month prior to the wedding to resize him. I then paid for two of the guys that were getting rentals. When they went in to get fitted, the girls told them they had to pay. When I called and explained that I already paid, she gave me attitude and told me it wasn't her fault she couldn't see that. Every single person who went in here to get fitted had issues. The day the outfits were in, the groom and best man's clothes did not fit. They told them they didn't know if it'd get here in time. Once that was taken care of, we noticed they had ordered the wrong color of vest for an usher. When I called the location, they told us they could not be responsible because we didn't book the wedding party at this location. Even though this was the location that sent in the information for sizes and confirmed colors, they refused to help and told me to call another location. Read moreOkay, let’s start by saying that I am NOT and have never been one to leave good or bad reviews for anything. However, this experience warrants a first time for me. Upon arrival I am immediately greeted by two men, Bill and Lyle, who promptly gather the information they need to lead me into the right direction in the store (I was looking for a few shirts for work). Measurements were taken, and I was helped into 3 beautiful shirts! But one of them didn’t quite fit right the next day when I put it on, so I figured I’d go and exchange it for the same shirt in a larger size. Not only was I accommodated with unnecessary apologies and plenty of options on how to resolve my issue, but after I had decided to order the shirt into the store, my money was given back to me for the inconvenience. True professionals! They are knowledgeable, they use that knowledge to HELP you, not make you feel foolish for not knowing how things work in traditional men’s clothing, and they truly care that your experience is the best and take pride in it.
