Old Navy — Local services in Avondale

The quality of the clothes great !The prices are good when you get the sales but the service Is horrible, nobody knows what they're doing.I spent 40 minutes waiting for a girl to come back to the dressing Room with some jeans i had asked her to find, 2nd time she didnt return after i sent her for more items,no I brought them to you I said yeah you brought them to me the 1st time then we discussed what did fit and what didn't I had to go out and look for her and found her at the cash register,sorry she said i compleetly forgot you!They called me up to the front regester, in A-line which was really hard to even get ahold of her, she had also taken a couple pair of pants to hold for me supposedly to the front registers as i had asked her to for the 2nd time after i found her pulling them out of a bin of tossed clother ,well guess what so all O this mess I ended up without my pants only what I had taken up to the register to purchase there was another problem then we had to call a manager in get her involved and by the way old navy sent my daughter some Christmas items that she ordered she ordered a size 10 child's they send her a 12 they did it with 2 items out of 6, If she hadn't had to month her phone she woulda had a hard time I don't think they would have taken them back and she would have...

The store pretty organized. I went during a sale so it could have been better, but it is expected at moments like that. The child's clothing were cute, even though there wasn't much selection. The employees are kind and the line at the cash registers was great, so no long wait. Favorite thing about Old Navy though is how soft their clothes are! My husband hates rough clothing on his skin so thankfully he found himself some shirts that we know he can wear without...

Went today and tried looking for some baby boy sandals and couldn't find the other pair. When I went to get help the lady that was there for a cashier called another lady to later asked me where I found the shoe. Doesn't she suppose to know where they have their store items. Overall the store was a mess. I wasn't able to even find shoes for my son. Bad customer service and dirty store. I saw two other ladies that worked there just chatting and nothing related...
