I have been going to hoof n paw for many years because they sell fromm dog food. I was always annoyed with how the employees follow you around the store like you’re stealing something. What put me over the edge was the other week when I brought my puppy with me to pick up dog food (which they allow leashes animals in the store). I was the only one in there and the employee was annoyed because she was trying to feed the cat that lives in the store and the cat was afraid of my puppy that was a few aisles away - I’m sorry you shouldn’t keep a cat in the store that’s after of other animals that are allowed in there!!! Instead of the employee coming over to help me, she proceeded to the register where another employee was and was making rude comments about my dog, and she didn’t realize that I was coming right around the corner and could hear everything. We were referred to Hoof and Paw & Jeans by our Veterinarian. Our cat has been vomiting, losing weight and her coat isn't soft and shiny. We were told that there are two food Companies that are committed to helping pets stay healthy. One is Fromm, and the other is Nutri Source. Thankfully these two care about animals and aren't in it for greed, they actually have a conscious. If it weren't for our Vet and Fromm our cat wouldn't be alive. Everyone please pay attention to your Veterinarian and the makers of your fur babies food. Mars is buying animal food makers and are changing the food for profit, which in turn will harm the animals guts and wellbeing. Consult your Veterinarian about food and nutrition!
