The products are premium quality. They have fresh farm duck and chicken eggs, fresh milk, fruit, home produced specialty unique chilies as the ghost chile, the scorpion chile, Trinidad and much more. Delicious home made rolls and wonderful bread. Last time we got humus as I never tried it before. The best part is that you get to taste everything before you decide on buying... it is expensive but worthy. You do not feel robbed after you try and consume their products. Had a Sunday morning fun in this open market with lots of food stalls, fresh products, music. Enjoyed brunch in “Sarap”,a Filipino food truck, had pork adodo, rice and fried noodles included. Very delicious pork adobo, also enjoyed “bilo bilo” a filipino sweet dish. We had a great time today at Kaiser Haggin Oaks. I own Brother Ray's and we had a Pre-Superbowl grilling samplings with Market meats and vegetables using my seasonings. We had a huge turnout with Freddie from Freddie Rec grilling all our samples onsite. Check his Instagram page @freddie_rec
