My buddy and I have been going there on and off over the years since it opened. A few months ago we went in there and collectively spent at least $2000 in a single week over multiple trips and every single time we were treated either like we had never been there before or talked to like we were inconveniencing the employee when we asked questions.

It always seems to be if you aren’t a part of the regular squad you didn’t deserve their time.

I stopped by Otto’s Video Games to sell a lot of my old games and the owner didn’t even greet me when I walked in, he just sat there on his phone. I walked up to the desk and he just stared at me with an emotionless stare and when I tried to sell him a box of about 30 used PlayStation 4 games he offered me a lousy 35 bucks and refused to negotiate. But the moment my girlfriend got off a call with her father outside and walked in the store, his whole vibe changed. Suddenly, he was all smiles, answering her questions about their card game stock, showing her around like she was the VIP of the day. It was pretty obvious he was more into flirting than actually doing business. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a game store, stay away from this guy...

Pretty decent place to go for your hobbies. Key note tho they don't sell model cars or trains so if you are an enthusiastic collector in those categories look else where. They def started carrying Gundam models buildkits but it's a limited collection. They sell a lot of x-wing , Warhammer , and other board games you can't really find at other stores. Def a cool place to hang out with your nerdy friends if they enjoy D&D. They don't have much options for D&D models but I did hers they have a printer so could ask for that services if you need custom prints for models just make sure you provide the model...
