I went with “Kresa,” and had a very simple hairstyle done on my hair. I specifically told her that if you straighten your hair the curls will go flat, she still insisted, and she didn’t even cut off much from my hair. She refused to fix my hair when an hour later I told her that the curls went flat. She was too busy at her own party that she had. She hung up on me and said that my hair was just fried. Told her that this was not true, she just did not know how to do the hairstyle that I wanted. She literally took like 15 minutes to do my hair. She wasn’t even prepared with the items that she needed, she had to ask around her co-workers if they had whatever hair ties. I was very disappointed with her work. Salon Thirty 3 is hands down the best salon in Bakersfield. The vibe is cool, decor is spot on and the customer service is exceptional. Everyone there is beyond professional, every visit I have is a delightful experience. Joseph has been my stylist for almost a decade. Brittany exceeded all expectations. She was kind, patient, and did an amazing job. She colored and cut paying attention to what the customer wanted.
