The entire experience here was incredibly disappointing, everything ranging from the food to the service, to the price of the games and even the game itself was something that made you question whether or not you should leave and find another place to go. Starting with the service, it took without exaggeration almost half an hour to TALK to someone, and then we waited another 10 to be seated, there was a whole line and the lady behind us tried to ask someone for help was was ignored. Once seated, we are given the oiliest menus one could find, i could fry something in those menus. Jokes aside it is genuinely concerning to me the lack of sanitization the restaurant provides. These menus only needed a few swipes with a damp clean towel which honestly isnt too much to ask for. We order some appetizers; nachos and potato skins. I was lowkey excited for the food based on what I had seen on google, and let me tell you I had learned a valuable life lesson that day: the internet is NOT a reliable source. They had to have used some sort of facetune for their food in order to make it look good online because it looked like someone had scooped up a pile of garbage ate it and vomited it onto a plate. None of it looked fresh, they didnt even try to make it look good tbh. We ordered some pizzas as well and it looked so gross, very unappetizing. The food itself lacked so much flavor and potential. You can tell whoever's in charge cheaps out on ingredients and spends even less money on seasoning. We stuck it out though hoping some games of bowling might make our experience better, my god we were wrong. We go to the desk to get our shoes, and the staff charges us however failed to mention that we still have to pay for bowling shoes. That should have been the last straw but we kept going, and then we're at the lanes. There was definitely something wrong with our lane because no matter who threw the ball, it was always steering towards the left. They may have waxed it wrong idk. We end up leaving after one game, and it ends up being $140 for 7 people. 3 of which were children ages 4 - 8. Which in my opinion is an awful price, they at least should have a discounted price for children. If you've ever wanted to feel like gordon ramsey in kitchen nightmares; in awe of a restaurants lack of the ability to provide good service and food so much so you question your own existence; i highly recommend you try this place. Id rather go to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLet me start off by saying, I am NOT a karen. I am extremely understanding and patient and I understand how a busy restaurant on a Saturday night can get hectic very quickly. But how me and my party of 7 (keep that in mind!) weāre treated, it was absolutely HORRIBLE. Starting off, I called to make a reservation of 10 for tonight a week ago. I was NEVER, NOT ONCE told about a ā18% gratuity chargeā the couple times I spoke to Rebeca on the phone. And we spoke more than once. Come to tonight, not only did they lose our reservation, even when we showed up 15 minutes early to give them time to figure it out, AFTER i was already seated i was rudely interrupted and was told there was going to be a ā18% gratuity chargeā for a party of 10 or more people. I was honesty taken aback, because I was NEVER told this! I explained in a respectful way and received an eye roll and a mumble about getting a manager. When the manager came, I was told about the gratuity charge again, and the manager asked who I had spoken to. When I said Rebeca, she said that Rebecca should have told me as if it was my fault. We weāre told that she would be right back to see what she could do about it but never came back. After we were seated, only 7 people ended up showing up. Our food took forever, was tasteless, and cold. It was actually literally disgusting. When we all recieved our receipts they all mentioned that the gratuity charge would be applied despite there being less than 10 of us. So me and one of my friends went up to address the issue and was now told āgratuity charges apply to ANY reservation, no matter the size or timeāā¦.what? So what is it, no gratuity, party of 10 or more, or gratuity no...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolutely worst experience by far here. Went to get a pool table was charged the $5.00 authorization charge for the table. After approximately 1.5hrs went to close out the table and no one could seem to find anything under my name or card number for the table, even though my card had been charged $5.00. Was told to continue to watch my account for any charges to my card and if any other charges came up to contact the GM. 2 days later seen a charge for $70.00 to my card. Contacted the GM to notify him. Was told to call him back the next day so he could look into the issue. Called him back the next day. He was able to find the receipt / bill that was charged. He told me the receipt was signed and there was nothing he could do about it. But that I would need to file a dispute over the charges. He told me that āthis kinda stuff happens 2 or 3 times a year, and shouldnāt have any issues getting my money back because clearly the signature isnāt yours.ā Told me to call my back to file the dispute and that I would only take a couple weeks to get my money back. After talking to the bank was told it would take 60-90 days for the dispute to be finalized. After I told him what the bank said I then found him in a lie. He told me it was only a couple weeks because he had 3 disputes this week for the $5.00 dollar charge on cards when people pay cash to close their bills. So how many other people who didnāt catch this little scam they are pulling with people who paid cash to close out bills who didnāt notice the $5.00 dollar charge on their cards. Not to mention the service at this firehouse is absolutely the the worst customer service of any...
