Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Bakersfield

Update: now open earlier in the morning since finding workers. The fact that employees park up front in the spots next to handicapped spots instead of the rear of the lot is ANNOYING. UP FRONT PARKING SHOULD BE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!! The drinks are superb unlike anywhere else they are really just the best but the fact that they don't open till 8 AM people want coffee in the mornings you're missing out on my $5 every single morning a lot of people have to be to work by 8 so All the Dutch brothers in northern California open at 5 AM making good money Super disappointing you can't get coffee early in the morning. OK so I tried to stop by Dutch brothers this evening at 5:15 when I got off work and they are already closed. This is really disappointing. These hours are not coffee shop hours. 8 to 5 what is that??? You're not a doctor's office or a real estate firm there's no reason that you guys should wait until 8 AM to open up and be closed by 5 you guys don't just serve coffee you guys serve so many other kinds of drinks that people would also like in the evening. Excellent coffee, friendly service. The employees here seem to really enjoy working here. I’ve been to their competitor around the corner many times and no matter the location those employees seem to be constantly stressed or irritated. I’m on a special diet and had a bunch of questions about their almond and oat milks, Ray or Brae (sorry, not 100% on the pronunciation as the traffic was a bit noisy when I asked for her name) was very helpful, patient and actually eager to run inside to get the info off of the food label and brand names for me. There’s a Starbucks and a Duncan within a half mile of this Dutch Bros but they’ve won me over so this will be my new go to coffee spot. Also, the drive thru lines might look long but trust me, they move very fast especially compared to the daunting task of sitting through a Starbucks line or having to skip your morning coffee run because you know that line won’t move fast. I’m usually a Starbucks gal but recently decided to start going to Dutch bros because they have more sugar free options. I have been to this location probably 5 times in the last 2 months and almost every single time something was wrong with my order. I got a rebel and wanted the boba, those got forgotten, I asked for an extra shot with my golden eagle because I had lots of studying to do that day and it tasted like pure milk and was literally white. My friend got a regular one at a different store and hers tastes more like coffee than mine did, today I redeemed my birthday reward, placed the mobile order and went to grab it, couldn’t find it in the system so I had to show him the order which he barely looked at and typed in the tablet. 10 minutes later my drink was ready and was made wrong was missing cream and the drizzle I asked for, not a big deal just annoying that I can’t rely on getting...
