First time here and went because we have a coupon from the mail and thought we'd try the BOGO free crispy fish sandwich($2.59 each). Simple menu offers a meal for 2 fish sandwich for $5.00, add small fries and small drink for $3 more, but it is kind of hidden from the Drive Thru, you have to look for it! I was able to find it because I had a lot of time waiting, litetrally... before I was able to place my orders. Added their Fully Loaded Fries, also. Got home and they forgot my order of fries when I asked to make my Fish Sammies a meal. Fish sandwiches have the right flavor but it's kind of weird with the added lettuce in them, I guess I'm just used to the filet-o-fish at McD'. Fully Loaded Fries was something else. It was very salty, I mean... really salty, I couldn't even taste the bacon bits (I know they're there). I feel like the cheese needs to be leveled down a bit or two, dilute it with something. Probably wouldn't order the Loaded Fries, again. Besides that, they have a few offers for free fries or sandwiches if you do some simple surveys. I would have given 2 stars less because it took almost 5 minutes just for them to make 2 sandwiches and the Loaded Fries. There were only 3 people working the place (Nora and 2 others) and there are plenty of customers in line for the Drive-Thru and 4 or 5 cars parked, not sure if staffing is different during the day. I can't imagine how long it would take for ordrrs to get through during lunch hours if this place is always staffed with...

I've been to this location probably a half a dozen times but for drinks, ordering for others & those yummy fries. Well I drove through today & picked up a frie & I've never had to wait long at all. I had an appointment out on the side of town, I Live in the S.W. & we used to have one years ago & Loved it so ???? 🙄🤔. But I came back after my appointment to order one of there Crispy Chicken w/Bacon Monster Combos & I don't eat but very little portions. When I got it home & unwrapped it, OH WOWZA!!!! This Chicken Sandwich looked exactly like the huge, mouth watering one that was on the menu, that I'll be able to eat off of for 2/3 meals. It was presented to me just as it was presented to all the world & then I cut it into 4th & OMGOSH I don't eat out very often because fast food has gotten so expensive & its just junk food, well Checkers/Rally's the Monster Chicken Sandwich I purchased with a frie & an a Iced Tea & I am picky about my Tea & it was a 👍 & this Whole meal just Rocked my afternoon lunchtime, the service was great, they were very friend. I hope we can try another one again on the South side of town sometime but I'm going to make it my goal to try & get by at least once a week now to order. This is a Business we need to keep around! The worst and I mean by far the worst customer service I have ever had! It was only two employees the drive thru line was so long and I was picking up an order for door dash so I went to the window and 20 minutes went by before i decided to go to the drive thru line and the guy ignored everything i said and slammed the window to my face. All i said was “sir I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes can you please just assist us” as there was a big line behind me and we were getting eaten by mosquitos. Someone came to the window and this guy basically told me idc about your door dash order I’m not gonna do it you can cancel it or do what you want but I’m not making your order. And I left and came back after 25 minutes and they put a trash can to my car and ran away so I couldn’t go through the drive thru it was an older male tall with white hair and another short maybe bald guy regardless these men have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! They were such a joke to...
