I would not recommend this particular Target because the one employee that I did come in contact with was very rude. First there was only one check-out open, the rest were self check out. So I used the self check-out, one of my items scanned the wrong price so I told the lady that was there to assist and she said it was the right price and again said no, it has a sticker where the lights are and it is marked $11.04, she proceeded to tell me that she doubts that that is the price because that would mean that it is on clearance and there was not clearance sticker on the item. I asked her if she could go check and she said no, I'm not allowed to leave this area, my daughter was with me and she went and I told her to take a picture of the price and item. She took a while because it was toward the back of the store and the lady that was there kept asking in a sarcastic way, well where was the item, why is she taking so long. I told her well it is at the back of the store and she shouldn't even have to go do your job. When my daughter came back with the picture the lady saw that we correct with the price and she changed the price. I feel that she was very rude and she should have gone to check, not only are we checking out ourselves, we are also having to go verify that the prices are ringing up correctly. This is very poor...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVisited this location on yesterday morning, 01/05 @ around 9AM CST, to return a Ninja pressure cooker, unused and unopened, with receipt in tow and was met with theee most lack luster customer service Iāve ever experienced at a Target location. The young lady assured me there was nothing she could do to assist me getting a refund, which I felt was not correct, and when asked if a manager was present to possibly look further into the matter I was met with āif they try, it would be the same outcome.ā Low and behold, the service line was growing so in an effort to not be a burden, I took what I felt was false information and opted to visit another location to complete my transaction.
At the other Target location, which was a substantial distance away, I relayed the experience to the gentleman at the customer service desk who resolved the minor issue in a matter of a couple of minutes as the āproblemā was only my receipt missing a SINGLE number/ digit due to a printing error where I originally purchased.
Iām not advocating for the rep to be severely punished, as Iāve withheld their name, but there needs to be coaching or some sort of advising so that another individual will not be inconvenienced due to someoneās complete lack of effort in aiding a...

We had some great customer service in electronics with a gentleman helping us figure what TV we were looking for and letting us know that theyāre out of stock, but should be getting a few in on Tuesday. Grabbed a few things for the house and had just the worst customer service at check out. Our cashier didnāt greet us, no smile, not even eye contact. She was super interested in flirting with the cashier behind us, asking if he could get her an apple soda, pointing at that section youāve got for quick snacks. Normally, Iām a pretty understanding person, but in her lack of acknowledgement of 2 human beings in front of her, she completely forgot to put 1 of our items in our bag. I even asked if we were okay. And literally NO RESPONSE. She continued her conversation with this other cashier, and completely ignored us, ignored my questions, and completely forgot one of our items. Iāve been calling this location for the last 15minutes trying to get someone on the phone( tried guest services 5x, electronics once, Human Resources once) to let me know I can pick up the item tomorrow, and the phone literally cuts off after about 2minutes of ringing.
