Very modern place. Ice cream was good. You get unlimited toppings which is nice. I went there on a Saturday night, about 10pm. When we 1st walked in it was a full house & it did take several minutes before anybody acknowledged us, which wasn't a big deal to me, because it being our 1st time, it gave us time to look over the menu. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait. The wait wasn't too bad, it was about 20 minutes, but I was so entertained watching the girls prepare the ice cream that it seemed to go by fast. There looked to be some skill & arm force behind mixing & rolling the ice cream (props to the employees). There was about 5 employees working that night. 4 females, one Male. The Male did seem to work faster, which makes sense because his arms were just stronger. I did see one of the employees on her cellphone, making calls & texting, it really didn't bother me. I know what it's like to be a teenager & not really take a job serious. What did kind of bothered me was I went up to one of the girls as she was wiping down the window in her work area & asked her for a napkin. She proceeded to clean the window & I'm left standing there feeling like an idiot before she finally asks the girl next to her to hand me a napkin. They're definitely lacking in the customer service department, & also the floors & little tables were dirty. We were there a while & never saw anybody clean them, & they probably don't get cleaned & mopped very often. I get it, they're a bunch of teenagers, & there didn't seem to be anybody supervising them. They'll learn one day. The music was very modern. It didn't bother me either, I thought it made the ambience fun & young. I do see older people on here complaining about it though, so I guess if you're weird & don't like modern music don't go. Also employees now wear hats. Last thing, & the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because after every ice cream that was made they would wipe off the tray thing with the same dirty looking rag. I just wonder if that would be approved by a health inspector???? I'm not a germaphobe, so I still ate it lol but I've never seen...

We recently had the pleasure of dining at this family-owned restaurant during our visit to San Antonio, and I cannot express how much I recommend it to locals and visitors alike.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing their incredible menu. The food was not only fast, but it was also exceptionally delicious. With a wide variety of options ranging from smoothies, ice cream, sandwiches, fruits, udon, ramen, to kimchi and refreshing drinks, there truly is something to satisfy every palate.
What makes this place truly special is the owner's passion for creating a unique dining experience. They went above and beyond, offering us samples of their specialties and ensuring that we felt like valued guests. Their fluency in Spanish, English, and Korean adds an extra touch of authenticity to the atmosphere. It's evident that they bring a slice of New York's vibrant Koreatown to the heart of San Antonio.
It's refreshing to find a place that caters to both young and old alike, where everyone can indulge in delicious food without breaking the bank. Whether you're a local looking for a new culinary experience or a tourist eager to explore the city's hidden gems, this is the place to be.
I strongly encourage everyone to venture out and try this fantastic restaurant. The fusion of flavors, the warm service, and the unique blend of cultures make it an unforgettable dining experience. Trust me when I say, missing out on this gem would be a culinary tragedy! Don't wait, head over to this incredible establishment and treat yourself to an unforgettable meal.
Thank you to the owner and the entire staff for creating such a delightful experience. We can't wait to return on our next visit to San Antonio!

Read moreChose this place based off a coupon a friend of mine and I both had. Also was super excited to try the rolled ice cream & we brought friends with us. We all took our time to look at the menu and pick out our desired flavor. I ordered first then showed her the 10% coupon that I had. Which showed the business name, exact location, expiration date, coupon description, etc. Nothing on the actual coupon gave me a reason as to why it'd be invalid or not honored. Nothing out of the cashier's mouth gave me a reason as to why she wouldn't accept it either. So I began to feel like maybe she was prejudice because she'd only speak in Spanish to me (after I'd already heard her speak to others in English.) & refused to honor the coupon, even though it had an expiration date of tomorrow. At this point, even though we all drove the 20 minutes to experience the rolled ice cream, my entire party had a sour taste in our mouth due to the customer service, or lack thereof. I got my cash back and we left.
I would hope businesses use experiences like this one to become better. I honestly would have stayed if she would've been able to give a reason as to why my coupon was not honorable or if she provided better customer service. Just disappointing to make that drive for nothing. We got Taquitos West Avenue instead since our ice cream trip was a fail... so guess that made up for our terrible experience at Fahrenheit 32. Sad to say, we could've been loyal customers as we go out for ice cream regularly but we will definitely be going elsewhere for our ice cream fixes from...
