My 14 year old Kitchen Aid refrigerator stopped keeping cool, gradually warming. The fan and the compressor were still running but it wasn't working. I wasn't sure what I should do, so I called Bill's Appliance and got a service visit. The tech was so friendly and thorough. He quickly determined the repair would be too complicated and costly for such an old fridge. I went back to Bill's and got my replacement KitchenAid fridge with quick delivery and outstanding service. I'm normally "Costco obsessed" but their delivery and install services are somewhere between spotty and nightmarish. Bill’s saved the day after a big box store failed. After our refrigerator broke, we ordered one from a big national chain. One month & three failed delivery attempts later - we remained without a working refrigerator. We cancelled our order & headed to Bill’s. We ordered the same refrigerator from Bill’s that we had tried to buy from that national chain. This time, we ordered it on a Wednesday & Bill’s had it delivered & installed (& the old one removed) by the following Monday.

We couldn’t have asked for better service from start to finish. We now won’t look anyplace else for our appliances. The salesman was knowledgeable & professional. The delivery team tackled the rough layout of our house & the crazy heat like true pros. Wonderful...

I can't say enough about this store. 90 to 95% or more of their products are made here in the USA. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Honestly, No one likes wandering around trying to find help only to find someone who doesn't work in that particular department .This goes for all staff including the delivery dept. and service technicians. I highly recommend Bills Appliances. Another good thing about them is that they aren't a big box store, each time you visit you will talk to the same sales person.
