Target — Local services in Ballwin

I drove out of my way to the Baldwin target store to purchase a juicer that their website said they had in stock. When I get there, it turns out they don’t have the one I want, but they have one a step up. Knowing that I came all the way out there just for this juicer Because their website said that they had it in stock, they refused to sell me the one they had at the price that their website showed they had on stock. I almost ordered it online, but I did have a return to make which I could make at any target. But again I chose the Ballwin target because they said they had it in stock. It would’ve been even worse to have bought it online and picked it up there, like my original plan only to find out they didn’t have in stock. If they can’t maintain what they have in stock, then they can’t expect their customers to drive to their store and not have what they say they have and not allow them to purchase what they have at the price they...

Went to make a return at the customer service desk this afternoon and an older lady that was doing returns was beyond rude. She never greeted me, no hello, or anything of the sort which is imperitaive in customer service. I didn't have the card that I used to make the purchase and told her that I can go get it from the car (there was nobody waiting in line behind me). She sighs and swings her arm and says nevermind. When she finished the refund, no thank you or anything. No words except nevermind. Her actions, body language, and lack of friendly words prove this to be extremely unacceptable and you have lost a regular customer. I went to target for some new gym stuff, shoes and a new bag. The men's shoe section had one pair of size 12 and one size 13 in two different styles, and no bench or stool to try them on. Looking at duffel bags, there weren't any in the luggage section, but there was one in with the backpacks; no price to be found. There were a couple more in the back end-cap between the two aisles but both had wheels and would be unwieldy for the gym. I continued on to the athletic aisle and found two more tags for bags 15$ difference in price but was unable to find the two bags.
