I purchased bracelets and earrings from Dahab Jewelry. Initially, I didn't realize that I was paying for labor on top of the original price of the gold. The next day, I decided to return my purchase, but they informed me that I couldn't return the items. Instead, I could only exchange them for the labor cost. I didn’t proceed with the exchange because I didn’t have any other options available.

I am sharing this review because I want to prevent others from having the same experience and overpaying. I cannot recommend this store if they continue to charge customers excessively. I bought two things from the store for the first time and both broke. One was a pendant and one ring both were 21 carat gold. I wore them hardly three times. When I went back to exchange, the salesperson was trying to teach me that these items are not for daily wear. These items are for occasional or party wear only and even with gentle wear for a few hours they broke. They would not let me exchange as they were buying it for dirt cheap.
