I went to this restaurant with my wife and daughter for all you can eat sushi. It was $20 for adult and $13 for my kid. When they brought us my sushi rolls, some of the rice in the sushi was hard and not cook well. They also overstuffed the sushi with rice. I decided not to eat that portion of rice. When the waiter came by, he told me we need to finish all those rice. After I told him about the rice, he went to ask the chef about the sushi. The waiter then told us the "sushi has no issue; but we should know that this is the buffet". We asked him "are you meaning that we are supposed getting poor quality of sushi because it is all you can eat". He replied" that is correct, you should pay $12 per roll and go somewhere else if you want to have good quality of sushi " " In order to make a profit, they can only get us substandard sushi" " if you are a business owner, you should have known that". We are shock! He then threw the bill on my table. He told me he is not expecting any tip from us and he doesn't care.

Saturday evening visit. We had no wait for a seat, service was very fast and friendly. I had the All you can eat Sushi ($20 Jan/2020). The All you can eat menu is some what limited, compared to the Ala-cart Sushi menu. None the less I got my fill and was quite pleased with the selection. I had 5 sushi rolls in total and an order of Shumai to start. For the Sushi I had the Super Duper Roll, Salmon Skin Roll, Spider Roll, Crazy Ball Roll and the Futo Maki Roll. They were all very good, The Spider Roll probably being my favorite. My companion had the Chicken Pad Thai, which is also very good, and a very large portion, enough so to have a filling breakfast the next day. We have visited Kabuki on numerous occasions, and will definitely return again. Update: 01/01/2023. Ordered takeout, had a few minutes wait for our order, but they packed full of people. Food was great as usual.

absolutely disgusting and gone down hill. i ordered a ubereats for right up manchester and the food came disgusting. everything completely inedible except the crab rangoon. missing ingredients from the manchester roll that had NO meat just shreds of imitation crab meat NEVER are they saying king crab and shrimp are in it. there was none! it was non existent and fried to hell. then the wonton spicy shrimp was fried and burnt and disgusting nothing as the description said. and the disgusting soggy overly tempura batter on the banana was horrendous and the teaspoon of incorrect ice cream was laughable. i used to go when they opened many years ago and this was by far of the worst sushi meal i’ve ever had in my life and i eat sushi at least 3-4 times a month all over missouri. will never return to them.

Before the pandemic my family was regulars here. Today my coworker and I were discussing great sushi places. Decided to do the all you can eat because my friend wanted to try the different rolls. Much to my disappointment, the experience was a let down. The all you can eat rolls were not the best quality, rice was gummy, meats were not fresh and the assembly was poor. The choices of the rolls on the all you can eat were very limited as well. After our first round, the waiter was very obviously trying to get us to leave despite the all you can eat promise. He was kind However we felt pressured which is not the experience we would expect for an all you can eat. The decor has changed quite a bit for the better but i felt like the food and service was sacrificed in the process. Was also given a dirty glass (had a film of something coating the inside of the glass) which was concerning. Im willing to give them another shot but this was alot. Step it up kabuki or we are going to be...

Ordered a to go order. The guy on the phone was very rude and didn't understand anything I said. All I ordered was 2 rolls and asked them to be ready by 1 when I went on my lunch break. I got there and asked if they had yum yum sauce since they also have hibachi that they serve on their menu. The guy said yes they did but he would have to charge me more. He kept saying spicy mayo and I corrected him 5 times that I was asking for yum yum sauce not spicy mayo and he kept saying he knew. When I got back to my office to sit and eat my lunch, he had given me spicy mayo not yum yum which he charged me for. I don't like nor use spicy mayo. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and he said there wasn't one around. I paid for something that wasn't correct and had very poor service. I was really excited to have a sushi place up the street from my work but because of this experience I will continute to drive...
