Took my 2TB pc in for a new hard drive and when I got it back the hard drive was 500gb 4 times smaller. Was not called to see if that was OK. Was charged $100 for a downgrade to my system. I was told that I needed to request to have the same size hard drive installed. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and NO CONTACT OF DOWNGRADE.
They responded and said they offered to put in a 2tb which they did not at any point. A REAL COMPANY WOULD HAVE CONTACTED THE CLIENT WHEN THEY SAW THE THE SIZE OF THE HARD DRIVE INSTEAD OF ASSUMING THAT ALL PEOPLE WOULD HAVE WANTED A FREE DOWN GRADE INSTEAD OF WHAT WAS IN THE COMPUTER IN THE FRIST PLAY. I went to bigger-name businesses in the area who had no idea what they were doing. They were suggesting that I Google my own repair or mail it out to their HQ (which would take weeks). Mr. Brunson has his own certified technicians on site, and shows you the replaced part after the work is done.
