Took my 2TB pc in for a new hard drive and when I got it back the hard drive was 500gb 4 times smaller. Was not called to see if that was OK. Was charged $100 for a downgrade to my system. I was told that I needed to request to have the same size hard drive installed. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and NO CONTACT OF DOWNGRADE.

They responded and said they offered to put in a 2tb which they did not at any point. A REAL COMPANY WOULD HAVE CONTACTED THE CLIENT WHEN THEY SAW THE THE SIZE OF THE HARD DRIVE INSTEAD OF ASSUMING THAT ALL PEOPLE WOULD HAVE WANTED A FREE DOWN GRADE INSTEAD OF WHAT WAS IN THE COMPUTER IN THE FRIST PLAY. My old Mac Air wasn't charging, and Mr. Brunson was: fully transparent about price from the outset ($50 diagnostic fee, and then they offer you a firm quote for repair with the $50 already included), fast (dropped it off Saturday afternoon, had it back Tuesday), and affordable.

I went to bigger-name businesses in the area who had no idea what they were doing. They were suggesting that I Google my own repair or mail it out to their HQ (which would take weeks). Mr. Brunson has his own certified technicians on site, and shows you the replaced part after the work is done.

I don't traditionally bother to review local businesses, but I wanted to make an exception for this business. My computer charger stopped working over the weekend, and so my computer was dead first thing on a Monday morning. It was an inconvenience to my work week that needed to be addressed immediately and there are not several great options in the city. Data Flow had both the parts and the expertise I needed.
