The manger of the evening shift. Light skin 5 feet in height black plants not only does she need to be demoted, but she definitely needs some coaching. As a manager I expect at all times especially dealing with African-American youth that there be a level of decorum and cadence I’ll have to say. Not only was she very rude and disrespectful and her approach regarding my meal. She also overreacted and wasn’t trying to hear anything that I was saying there was a new young lady who rang me up. I’m from the county so I’m used to being able to substitute cheddar cheese, and or shredded in place of American. That was a ghetto young lady that was trying to make front of the young lady at the register who was new and the manager shot me a face in which I ignored, but I was just a young lady when she asked her why would you bring his sandwich up with shredded cheese and I said because that’s what I want it she was trying to be funny, making it out like the young lady didn’t know what she was doing, and rather than the supervision addressing the young lady that was trying to make fun of her, she made it worse by allowing her to do it, and then telling them to cancel my order. When I said, I didn’t want any cheese at all because I don’t eat American she told him to cancel my order and then I watch her Mumble something to the young lady that was making the sandwiches and which I had already been waiting 10 minutes how I ended up getting a burger that taste like it was white all over a dirty grill with American cheese to the bottom of the bread and which I’m actually allergic and I eat it I just wanted to do a review one from this place and anyone in management if you’re watching the reviews please feel free to give me a call and you can refer to my complaint...
Read moreThey literally stole my money. I ordered the $5 meal deal whopper jr., no mayo, a lemonade and honey mustard. My order came to $5.30. When I checked my account that night I had 2 charges 1 for order #10294 ($5.30) and another for an order number #2518 for ($27.16). The second order $27.16 was not placed by me. The boy at the window was literally flirting with me instead of doing his job and charged me for someone else food or food of his own and that is unacceptable to play with peoples money like that. This location doesn’t even have a working number to contact someone about it and no one on their “customer service” team has done anything to help. Mind you they have always messed up the order my order the three times that I have been here and the customer service sucks. Also on my account the charges show up separately and the one I did not authorize has a weird https link attached to it. I want my money back and that man needs to be fired.
