Roma Little Italy — Restaurant in Baltimore

If I could rate it a 0, I would. I called at 7:22 to place an order for delivery. They answered the phone and just set it down. Took me about a minute to realize that I was on "hold". This is my first time in Baltimore or ordering from them. The person taking my order didn't seem to know the menu very well. Took 8 minutes to place my order between being on hold and navigating a relatively difficult ordering process.

I ordered a 5 piece jumbo wings, no sauce and ranch on the side. I was charged "extra" to fry my wings. I also got the chicken parmesan special that came with my choice of pasta, garlic bread, and salad for 10.95. The chicken was soggy (what few cubes of chicken that I could find in the bowl) and the ziti noodles that I ordered were way overcooked. My cheese cake was hot. I was told that it would take 35-40 minutes and it was actually 1 hour and 7 minutes from the time that I hung up, before I got a call from the driver. He called and said that I would have to come outside of my hotel to collect my food when there was available parking directly in front of the hotel door. I am staying at a bed and breakfast so it's not a huge hotel. It's literally just the size of a big house. I had to send my husband out to collect my food because I couldn't go myself.

I love trying new restaurants and such when I travel and I have tried a lot of placed over the years. I woulda honestly have to say that between the ordering process, the length of the wait, the quality of the food, and the laziness of the driver, I will definitely not order from them again when I am in town which is quite often. The only good thing is that they gave us 2 free cans of Pepsi with our order which were also damaged but at least...

I ordered a pizza with chicken, onions, mushrooms and green peppers. When I got my order there was no chicken on the pizza. I also ordered the catfish which they clearly state comes with fries and a soda. I didn't get the fries nor the soda. When I called the store the guy I spoke to said I didn't order chicken on my pizza, which is a lie because it is clear as day on my receipt. He also said the catfish comes by itself, on the app (I used Uber eats) the menu state that the catfish comes with fries and soda. He offered me free food for the next time I order instead of fixing the problem immediately. No thank you, I just wanted what I paid for. Plus the food was not that good. No seasoning, no taste! I will never order from here again! Be warned! You will not get what you pay for, what's on the menu is not...

I order through uber eats my order was made wrong and HIGHLY RECOMMENDING NEVER TO ODER OFF OF UBER EATS WHEN ORDER FROM ROMA.(IBER EATS IS A VERY GREAT APP just not there $4.99 fee for ising the app on every order) My delivery guy was amazing. But my pizza was made wrong i didnt get my wings and fries like i was supposed to with my order it was a special they had and when i called the resturant i was told to call UBER EATS. Now we all know uber eats just delivers the food they dont make food. I told him i was a refund or my pizza made right, my wings and fries. I told them if they dont give me one of those options them im coming down there and beating ass. I got a new pizza and my wings but they refused to give me my fries.
