Heather is the best message therapist I have ever worked with (out of ~20), and she has truly been a lifesaver. Heather and I have customized a massage therapy plan that works to break up scar tissue, increase range of motion, and provide pain relief. This has been very successful, and has helped to significantly lower post-surgical pain. While I worked with numerous massage therapist in the years before meeting Heather, none helped me as much as Heather or provided the type of massage quality that she provides. This is because she is hands-down the most skilled massage therapist I ever worked with. Her command of various techniques and styles (deep tissue, Swedish, Thai, advanced stretching, etc) is unparalleled, and her ability to seamlessly transition between styles in order to customize a massage for each client is equally impressive. She also takes great pride in her craft, and brings an impressive passion to her work. Furthermore, she frequently takes continuing education courses and works to apply any new skills that she feels can help, which really reflects her dedication to providing effective massage therapy to her clients. Had an Amazing Massage today with Heather Grindle at Tranquil Traditions. What a Blessing it turned out to be…several years ago…in another lifetime I had seen Heather and enjoyed her services and talent!

When I booked today’s appointment I did not realize that and after chatting before my massage it all dawned on me and it’s good to be back in her capable hands! Her new space is calming and comfortable my time there today put me in a much better “headspace “. I’ve signed up for the monthly membership and have my next appointments scheduled.

Have also scheduled a Facial with Jennifer Bench at Tranquil Traditions next Thursday and am excited to meet her and experience a Great Facial! Have heard very good things about her!

Massage and Facials are an important part of self care and I’ve missed them. It’s so good to be able to find Heather and Jennifer to help me get my “Mojo” back!

I was in town for a few days to celebrate my birthday. I’m a spa girl, so I’m so glad google helped me discover Tranquil Traditions!

First off, they were so accommodating to my travel mishaps. The suite has a really pretty, industrial look yet it still felt warm and comfortable. The staff were very nice!

Heather did my massage and it was fantastic. I have leg pain and she did these great stretches that helped me so much. It was a great experience and I felt fully relaxed.

Courtney did my facial and it was hands down the best facial I’ve ever had! Small touches, like the warm towel behind my neck and the warm steam on my face made it even better. She used really gentle green tea products and aroma therapy spritz. She gave me a fantastic neck, shoulder, and arm massage. In the end she put a cold lipgloss on me. I don’t know what it was, but I liked it, lol.
