I recently had the pleasure of dining at Angelis Pizzeria and I must say, it definitely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home.

I visited the new Angeli's Pizzeria location yesterday with my mom who is visiting from out of town. We have gotten take out many times from the Little Italy location and she loved it so I decided to take her to this new location close to my house. We had an AMAZING experience. We were greeted kindly by Hassan and his wife Fatima. We received exceptional and attentive service, my mother can not eat dairy and they were extremely accommodating and made sure to get the order exactly in the way that would fit her dietary restrictions. The food came out very quickly and was delicious (as always). We ordered the chicken calzone with vegan cheese and the baked lemon pepper wings, both of which were 10/10.

We had a great conversation with Hassan about traveling, teaching, etc etc. His warmth and kind spirit is palpable. Hassan offered us complimentary espresso at the end of our meal which was also delicious.

So far we have only had takeout and each time we were met by friendly faces that promptly brought out our order. The atmosphere looks great, inviting. We tried the vegetarian options and the pizza with the artichoke was so good, we had another one that was good, and we also had the margarita pizza which was also great! Their salad comes with a slice of small flat bread type of slice — a nice touch. We had to host a dinner once and picked up some salad and pizza and were asked where we found the tasty pizza. Salad was also finished up. The salad was continent to quickly throw into a large bowl and mix up with the dressing. Quick and simple. The only time I wasn’t too sure about the quality was when we picked up just two slices of cheese pizza and it tasted like it was maybe reheated twice and then cooled off again.
