We're locals and find ourselves in Bandon at 7:00 PM with an hour to kill, our options are limited... There are a few bars and a few restaurants, but nothing stands out in my mind as an obvious choice... Then I remember the Bandon Rain Taproom that opened... GOOD CHOICE! This isn't just a bar, these guys are actually selling their own product!

Nice and appealing atmosphere, cozy with smooth jaz vinyl playing on the record player, it was just right 😉 The guy behind the counter helped and coached us to find the perfect cider for each of our tastes.

There was a Food Cart serving up some tasty sounding menu items like tacos, sandwiches and other yummies to dine on while sipping your cider, but they had just closed and we missed them!

Our server told us we were welcome to bring food to enjoy with our cider, or they have a few in house options to enhance our cider experience!

This place is definitely on our radar now and looking forward to our next visit and trying their charcuterie and cheese platters with an Apple...

We enjoyed many samples and then picked a sampler tray of delicious hard ciders to have at our table. I especially liked the cranberry, blackberry, and peach ones. The cran/pineapple one was also delicious. We took home some of the peach cider as we figured it was the smoothest to share. The raspberry had quite a bit of bite, it was good but wished it were a bit sweeter. It was mixed with cranberries but I think it may have been better on its own. All were tasty with their own flavor. The blueberry cider was much drier also. Definitely a great Cidery, I would put it as one of my favorites for having such a nice fruit and berry variety, nice atmosphere in the tasting room. You can also enjoy a couple of their ciders at the Bandon Brewery where we discovered them then came the next day to the Cidery. Love the cute cloud...

Fantastic ciders! We tried 9 different ciders and they were all so unique and well made. No fermentation flaws like so many hand crafted ciders these days. I generally prefer sweeter ciders, but even their dry ciders were very pleasant to me, not overly astringent. The hopped cider was very well balanced and interesting. Very cool interior space also, with local cranberry booms repurposed as wainscoting. They also had beer on tap, and light snack like chips and cheese board. Growlers to go are available when you find your perfect cider. Super knowledgeable and friendly server made our flight fun and educational. Wow gang, keep up...

We were walking to the Creamery and stopped to look and sample two of the flavors (Cherry and “Don’t burn the grose “). We went to see about some cheese decided it was too much cheese to eat in a day and went back for a cider flight and a cheese plate. Coincidentally they serve the cheese that the creamery makes. We had a custom cheese plate (Thank you for accommodating food allergies). Brie, a pepper cheddar, vampire slayer cheddar, a plain cheddar, plus some nuts, cranberries.and summer sausage. Nice place to sit and chat. There are flat screens on the wall and outdoor seating as well.
