It is a very Great place to visit. Bandon is a quiet and relaxing town. There is a dock for catching crabs. The best time to catch the crabs is starting from August until the end of the year. Also, normally, crabs will come a few hours before the high tide, so if you want to experience catching crabs, you should be there a few hours before the high tide. Catching crabs needs to be patient. Sometimes you can get a lot of that, and sometimes not. It is depending on luck as well. The good bait is chicken. There are two ways of catching it by using net or cage. The net is normally supposed to leave around 15mins, while the cage should leave around one hour. While harvesting it, you can enjoy the view and flying seagulls around the dock. Talking about the seagulls, please be careful with you bait. They will come to eat the chicken. It was my great experience catching crabs. We did not get many, but four for our dinner with the whole family. I recommend everyone to try it. But do not forget, you need the license to catch the crabs. Hope you have a great experience too and have a...

Tip, walk all the way down to the bridge and see the seals hanging out, chilling on the rocks. There is a picnic table there next to the sandy shore...
