Since we live in Canada, and only had Target last here for a couple years, it is always a treat to go to Target when visiting the USA, especially to pickup some items that we do not have here (aka Chick-Fil-A Sauce). However, on two occasions just this year (exactly two months apart) when weâve been looking for items in the grocery aisles, there have been associates blocking the shelves with their carts. Listen, I worked at Walmart for four years, and I know it can be difficult to operate a cart in such a busy store. However, I always offered to move my cart for a customer if it was in the way. It was obvious that what we were looking for was right behind said cart, and the associate did not once offer to move their cart. Nor did they even interact with us to ask us what we were looking for. The front end associates are pleasant enough, and the store is clean, but I was a little disappointed...
Read moreIf you come to Target because other stores are typically dirty, understaffed, force self checkout, and don't have the items you need in stock, then this is also not the store you wanna be at.
The bathrooms here are worse than truck stops. Gross.
The store is never tidy and clean like you expect from Target. Clothes all over the place and floor. Shelves are barren also.
They have 10+ checkouts, but force you to ring yourself through one of only 4 self checkouts and then hover over you like buzzards circling soon-to-be dead prey, hoping to catch you stealing.
Employ actual human beings to check people out.
The Starbucks on location is also never staffed as needed. The line is always long or they don't have what you want... and thats IF they're even open during their posted operational hours.
Walmart is just .5 mile up the road. It's clean, stocked, and there's actual humans to...
Read moreI'm giving three stars because the store was in disarray. The women's section had clothes scattered on the floor . The clothes were very messy on the shelves . It wasn't the worker's fault. They were trying to pick up. I was in one area that advertised that you save on items over thirty dollars. When I got to the register, it was only for circle members who got ten percent off. I thought it was misleading. We were going to get a phone when we got to the register, the phone package from inside a plastic container was torn open . We decided not to get it . It is a shame since I remember going to Target and it was so clean and well maintained. The grocery section was messy as well . There weren't that many people working . The selves were starting to get bare . I would still recommend this store . The cashier Clare was very nice and helpful . She...
