I have never been more disappointed with one company for as much $ as i have given them ( not store , company ).. Literally every single time it’s issue after issue .. From ordering me a pillow and it not be the correct pillow , to allowing a young lady that was still in training in Waycross Ga run the store by herself . I told her what pillow i wanted and she told me she was new and id have to come back the next day bc she hadn’t been trained on that yet ! If you are the only one at a store where 85% of your clients have to place an order , do they not think it important to know how to do that ?? Lets talk abt this experience ! Yet another pillow . Im around ellsworth Maine and. The young man in mattress firm was talking pillows with me … Found one i wanted and was told yet again i couuld order it or go to the Bangor location where they had it in stock ( keep in mind im only off on Sunday ). So today i wake up and drive 1 hour and 15 min to Bangor Maine to pick up this pillow .. When i get there the Pillow was not in stock .. At this point im just like whatever , order the dang pillow and send it to my house .. (it’s the purple pillow btw .)… He rings me up and i try to run my card ( NADA ), he pauses and says ( our system went down last night and i got to call to get it bk up , it may take longer than you want to wait , can i send you a link to pay online ??) lol .. Of course you can !! I got up drove over an hour to NOT revieve a product that i was told was there , so i go to process a paymeent through the employee that can’t actually process a payment and was told to use a link i could have done from my home 😐😐😐. I take sleep , comfort and rest seriously . It’s just not worth the aggravation or dealing with mattress firm … Does anyone got a better option for quality mattresses and pillows so i can let the rest of the...

First off, at the time I placed my order, I made it abundantly clear to the sales representative that I would only be available for a mid to late afternoon delivery; however, they repeatedly scheduled me for between 8 and 10 a.m. I called the Bangor store and spoke with the manager, who was EXTREMELY rude and condescending and said, "You don't get to pick your own delivery window. They show up when they show up." When I asked to speak with his manager due to his attitude, he very arrogantly said, "I'M the manager." He said that he would reschedule my delivery for several days later and make sure to send a note to the warehouse making them aware of my availability. I got a text message a couple of days later stating that my delivery had, once again, been scheduled for between 8 and 10 a.m. This time, I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and was contacted by someone who I assume was with the corporate office. She did get my delivery time squared away and my items were delivered this afternoon; however, the delivery crew was EXTREMELY unprofessional. They DESTROYED my two beautiful red maple trees that I have on each side of the end of my driveway. As soon as their truck pulled in, we heard the snapping and cracking of tree limbs. We went outside and there were limbs down all over the driveway. The delivery guys made absolutely no mention of what they had done and did not even apologize or offer to at least help clean up the mess they had made. Those two trees were my favorite feature of the exterior of my new home and now they are destroyed. I have sent an email to the CEO of Mattress Firm demanding to be compensated for the damage caused to my property. I will never do business with this...

After receiving my mattress 3 days later the pillow top, part of the mattress started to come undone I contacted Carl at mattress firm in Bangor and explain to him the problem he told me I would have a new mattress in two to three days after 3 days I still had not received a new mattress I contacted him again he then told me it would be there the following Sunday again it did not show up so I called him on Monday after message again three or four times he did not answer so I called direct he explained to me that it would come in 2 weeks I said I need to sleep on this mattress for 2 weeks and he said there's nothing he can do they don't have the mattress in the warehouse in Portland I was not impressed with the service I received after a big purchase like this. I'm still waiting for my mattress I'm told it will be another week and a half. Buyer beware they don't have the inventory to back up what they have. This is the impression that they have left on me.
