I had ordered a fantasy football trophy online from another company, when I received it the plates and engraving were not only up to the expectations I had but were altogether engraved incorrectly with league name and our league winners name and instead of sending all the plates for future winners like the picture indicated I got only 1 plate with last year's winner "engraved" which was actually just a sticker with the name in it, panicked I started looking for someplace to help me out as I had only 4 days to get corrected and hand over to the winner at this year's draft. Stopped by Supreme awards in Baraboo as I was passing by, everyone I talked to was extremely nice and knowledgeable and gave me plenty of options to choose from, generally I was told they give a 1 week lead time, but for a small expedition fee ($5 which is totally reasonable when your in a pinch or hurry) I could have in 2 days by 3pm, day 2 at 11am I got a call saying everything was done, went and picked up not only the engraved plates I needed buy 17 others that are blank for future winners and our league trophy will look complete, will definitely go back for future needs (and get to see what I'm getting and choices before getting vs online. I guess it's true what they say shop locally, support local businesses, and you will be much happier than trying to save a buck. Thank you everyone at...

i bought an award from them and the two name plates were crooked and not centered. when i took it in they said " its not that off" we cant really fix it . You should win the award for the worst customer service. I am going to use a dot com from now on. UPDATE they fixed the bottom but didnt touch the top . Nothing...
