My wife and I while attending a Goldwing Wisconsin District motorcycle Rally took a drive to Baraboo to do some sightseeing. Lady Luck shined on us as we drove past a barbershop, it was going back in time for me. I was so taken by the appearance of the shop and the unique name. My wife said I should stop in and get a trim. After speaking to one of the barbers I was informed service is by appointment only. After explaining how we just happened onto their unique shop with all the unique items inside, they worked me in. This is the first time in years I have had a haircut in a REAL barbershop, it reminded of the good old days!! I called today to change the appointment I had accidentally scheduled on the wrong day online. The guy I spoke with was super pleasant and miraculously got us in 15 minutes (which is typically uncommon for this place apparently). When we walked in I felt like I took a step back in time. Old barbershop chairs, records, and the Oldies playing on the radio greeted me. My Fiance was very nervous and Zack took very good care of us. I honestly won't let anyone else cut my hair. Jimmy the owner built this shop with his own literal hands, and he's in there nearly every day, giving fantastic men's haircuts. He also does great straight razor shaves, if that's what you're looking for. The shop is very popular locally, but it has the option to book online. I look forward to haircuts because the guys here are so affable and easy to be around. Beyond that, they take their time cutting your hair, and do an excellent job giving you the exact look you want.
