We are writing the letter because we feel we had exceptional service from your installer Kyle Cottrell from your Hyannis store.

We ordered a 75" Sony t.v. which is beautiful but more important, the entire process from ordering to installation was impeccable,  beginning with Bill from your Hyannis store to the day of installation by Kyle with his apprentice, Gabe.

This was not a run.of the mill installation as it required more work than originally anticipated.

Kyle made the installation process run very smoothly and flawlessly and even explained steps he had to do along the way. As a teacher, I fully appreciated his knowledge for the tasks that presented until beautifully he explained them, even telling him he could be a great teacher at a technical college in addition to his expertise at Nantucket Sound.

Kyle was courteous, extremely knowledgeable and professional and is indeed an exceptional asset to your company.

We have been doing business with Nantucket Sound for decades now but this experience topped all the past ones. We were so grateful it was more than stress free, it was the best yet!

Don't ever go here. I took my car here and had to wait 3 months for everything I bought to be installed. I bought a sub woofer an amp and 2 12 inch speakers and had them install a touch scr3en radio total cost 1200. When I set up the appt I told them I wanted my USB port that was built into my car to work and the controls on my wheels to work. Neither do !! Instead they put a USB coming out of my glove box ! It might not seem like a big deal but this is the first new car I have owned. Also they told me they would call me when my car was ready and they didnt. When I went to pick it up the cost had dropped by 200$ so I asked why and the guy at the desk when out back to ask the mechanic why. And he came back and told me they had given me too high of an estimate. I had specifically chosen all jl audio products. So I asked him if everything was and he said yes. Then the mechanic tried to show me how to use everything. But I actually showed him. Not to mention I'm 19 yr old girl and they put some junkie looking mf in the car with me. When I went home and took all the boxes put if my car I noticed they had put pioneer speakers in my car and lied to me about it. I had called that night and they told me the manager and mechanic were not around anymore and they would call me...

I have been a customer of Nantucket Sound for almost 10 years and three houses. I most recently built a new home and was able to work with the Nantucket Sound team (bill amiot) to design a system for audio, video, security and lighting before the house framing went up. The entire experience was excellent! In the last week after 18 months of permitting and building, I’m in the new home and my new system is amazing. The installation / implementation team was always professional, on time and a pleasure to work with throughout the project. We made some on site decisions that was routed in their knowledge and experience that enhanced my entire project. My system included a new McIntosh MA352 to go with my amazing THIEL speakers.
