Unbelievable! KFC this KFC location near Barnstable is absolutely a mess! I ordered through uber eats using my husbands account. I ordered 3pcs chicken and a large chicken popcorn. Unfortunately, when my food was delivered, I received a wrong item..all wrong. instead of kfc i got the taco bell items/food..in which I do not eat tacos. Now i complained it through uber eats since I order it through them. They refunded me right away...so, since I really want KFC chicken, I reorder it. I even called the fastfood chain and told them to make it right. I also called my ubereats driver and ask favor to make sure that they will gave me the correct order. BUT, GUESS WHAT! they MESS it up again! I got three pcs chicken this time....but..but... their is no chicken popcorn, theirs even no sauces. one more thing the woman at that KFC barnstable location who are answered my call is absolutely rude. She blame their mistake to the uber eats deliver... in which it is obvious that it is their mistake. Another thing, I called KFC barnstable and told them that they mess my order again and that i did not received my large chicken popcorn....GUESS what happen again, same women who claims to be the manager said that the order should be right. I told her that its not..because I did not recieved my chicken popcorn..... and.....she hang up on me. so here I am giving them a bad review. lesson learned... Never, never order KFC/Taco Bell located near Barnstable airport.
Update - I made a complain to the corporate office. Also I called them again and same women answer my call-the women who said that she is the manager. This time i asked the name of the manager and she gave a mans name "Victor". In other words the women I spoke lied and pretended to be a manager. What a joke and a disgrace to...
Read moreOrdered online. Only received 10/16 of my chicken pieces, all the thighs and half the breasts were missing. The drumsticks were lollipopped with no meat connecting end to end. The wings were tangled up in weird mangles not bigger than my palm, all with shattered tiny bones.
Did not get our biscuits. Mac and cheese had aged hard bits on the top of both containers.
I could not get a hold of the restaurant at all. I ended up having to go through the online agent to get a half refund. Very annoying.
I understand there are potential supply issues but the lack of communication is unacceptable. A simple call explaining the situation, offering substitutions or a partial refund themselves, would have gone a long way. Even just answering the phone after the fact.
There are a lot of local, very good fried food based restaurants in this area. I was hoping they would be attempting to keep up to par but we've learned our lesson.

I know it sounds like wow KFC how can it be incredible but I’m gonna tell you I waited in the drive-through for a few minutes but somebody in front of me who asked 1 million questions but eventually they moved on. I moved up to order, My usual items. But they didn’t have them but I understand because it was late at night. The girl that was on the microphone offered some substitutes and said that essentially all they had was Taco Bell. Wow it’s not my favorite it is acceptable and the way that she expressed it to me was that it was going to be very good. Once I finally took hold of my beefy burrito and took my first bite I couldn’t have been more excited.
