Billies has been great for when I need something quickly during sick season. I've been going to Billies since 2011. Today I called and inquired about whole milk (not realizing they were dairy free) and the gal on the phone was unkind. When I asked if it was something they would consider stocking she said no abruptly and before I could end the conversation she hung up on me. It was distasteful and disrespectful to treat another human that way when I was unaware of them being dairy free. She could have respectfully informed me in a kind manner but chose the opposite route. I sadly no longer plan to give them my business. How we talk to other people matters...

I have gotten supplements from Billie's for myself and been satisfied. But you need to make sure you check dates on things before you purchase them. I bought a couple different things for my dogs which are my babies. They were both expired. First one expired in February which it's now May. The other expired in March 2023. I called and talked to I believe it was Stephanie. She acted like she didn't believe me at first and then said it is perfectly fine. I have to leave a low rating, because unfortunately, my experience was very negative. The associate (Melanie, I believe) was extremely condescending. I would have left because of her had I not actually needed to purchase things. She also talked me into buying a particular supplement that contains milk, even though I told her I am vegan. During her condescending rant, she actually called the store owner to have her talk to me because “I can tell by your face that you don’t believe me.
