The worst florist ever! Highly insensitive!! They are too busy to care about correcting their mistakes and keeping their agreements! And they really could care less! I ordered sympathy flowers for a funeral service. They didn't follow the instructions at all, and delivered the flowers (missing items I paid for) to the home of my heart broken aunt. When I contacted them about not following the purchase order, they said they would pick the flowers back up and re-deliver the next day. What?!!! They think it is actually okay to go back to a grieving widow's home and take back the flowers!!? That is so tacky! That is not at all appropriate! Both my credit card rep and I explicitly and emphatically told them NOT to do that. I did NOT want my family disturbed! So what did this tacky florist do? They went back to the house, took the flowers, and told my grieving family they would deliver them (day old flowers that have been all over Bartlesville) to the funeral at the church like they were supposed to do in the first place. My wife wanted to get prices for flowers for our wedding, and before my wife even told her what she wanted, EVA prejudged her based on how young she looks (Strike 1) and told her "If you're looking for budget flowers, you came to the wrong place" (Strike 2). Next my wife asked for a price estimate, because, heck, she didn't even know what we wanted OR our budget for flowers. EVA wrote down some makeshift estimate off the top of her head, and when my wife asked what that amount was she responded, "I only give paper estimates to actual clients" (Strike 3). I get home from work and see an email saying that what I wanted wasn’t in stock and cancelled my order. How does a small business not know what’s in stock.
