Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Bartlett

Went in at 8 pm 2 hours before closing time. They had no original chicken and the guy said the extra crispy was only 30 minutes old. We ordered it and when we got it there was grease on the inside like they had thrown it back in to reheat it. The coating was so hard you could barely break it or eat it. Also ordered taco supremes and the lettuce was almost completely frozen. And the whole time we were in there they were cleaning up and kept the back door open so the entire place was like an ice box. Why were they in such a hurry to clean up 2 hrs before their closing time? Perhaps they were going to ditch early? What has happened to having an honest work ethic? Why can't the simplest places actually fulfill their commitment to the customer? All the workers want 15 dollars an hour and are unwilling to even put in 15 minutes of work. Today as the only person in the drive thru at 11:20am I ordered fiesta potatoes no sour cream. Unfortunately they handed me one with sour cream. I politely handed them back and asked for one without sour cream. I was handed back the potatoes and carried on. As the first note drive thrus are not allowed to take food back thru the window and it shouldve been thrown away. Upon further inpsection Taco bell handed me back my orginial potatoes that they had attempted to scoop the sour cream off of insted of giving me a new batch. How unsantintary. This wouldnt have been an issue but I have an issue but I have allergy to sour cream. I had already taken a bite when Id notice what theyd done. I came here twice recently for their Nacho Cheese Fries. The most recent trip was earlier tonight. Last time, I was given room temperature yet soggy fries. Prior to tonight, my most recent experience was at the Barrington Rd Taco Bell which my fries were upright, crunchy and the cheese sauce was smooth and warm. Tonight, at this establishment, just as the last time, my fries were room temperature, soggy and the cheese in the cup was thick and cold. What is the matter with you? I tight last time was a one off but at this point it is clear that it is a trend. I specifically told the drive thru dude tonight that last time my fries were soggy and please ensure this time they are fresh and crunchy.
