I always have a great experience when I come here. Having worked at Sbux as a college student and after for a bit, I know how demanding the job is and how stressful it can be. Even at their busiest times, their level of service and drink quality has been outstanding.
I usually get my beans here and, when my espresso maker was on the fritz, stopped in about twice a day for a few weeks. Every shift I showed up during had phenomenal customer service.
The staff also remembers my dog’s name and even if I have to leave him at home, they remember I have two at home and ask if I’d like a pup cup. I am terrible with names, and also don’t want to be posting staff names without permission, so I’ll just say the mid to close staff members who are on DTO/W, thank you for being so kind to my pupper and I and not minding that sometimes at the window I have to have the music still on so he doesn’t get anxious. You guys are great!

Read moreI was at the Bartlett location on a Sunday morning. The server added milk in my coffee when i had asked for cream. I returned to the pickup counter and told the girl filling orders. She said “OPEN THE LID.” So i did and to my surprise the coffee was filled to the rim. It began to spill in my hand. Fortunately it was not boiling hot so I evaded a burning incident. Read moreI understand that Starbucks gets quite busy and there's no guarantee how long you'll be waiting in the drive-thru line but this was ridiculous. There were 4-5 staff members behind the counter and 0 customers at the counter ordering and yet, I waited in line about 7-8 minutes.
And instead of having any urgency to get the drinks ready for all of the other cars in line, staff were standing around singing, laughing, and on their phones. All for a drink that ended up not even being made correctly. Please speak...
