Went to oberweis drive through in Bartlett tonight. Looked very busy and originally felt bad for the workers as it was busy in the drive through and the inside. But we were in line for a half an hour, almost 40 minutes and each car took 10-15 minutes to get their ice cream from the window. I was one car behind from ordering when a worker, I believe his name is Jeet, came out and put an orange cone next to my car, he then came to my window and told me that the drive through was going to be closed for the night, after we had been waiting 30 minutes. He then walked back inside without informing the other 4 cars behind me that it would be closed. I couldnāt get out as there was a car in front of me and cars in back of me (and the cone was blocking my way!!!), and the people behind me had no idea it was going to be closed. So I myself had to get out of the car and inform the 4 cars behind me that they were closing. Mind you, it was 8:25 at this time and they close at 9pm. They could have at least served the customers who were waiting over 30 minutes. Terrible customer service and they clearly need more...

True manager called me following day and said all good come pick up a new quart whenever. I pull up give her my name and she said oh! Are you the guy that left messages and I said yes I am. Pull up! Ok? I pull up and ask what flavors? Didn't you look at the sign that's what I have! Umm ok raspberry ? She said ok.. keep in mind I have my 10 year old... she says as she's handing it over just so you know phones were out just so you know with a bad move... What?? Look at the video .. correct response should have been sorry for a different flavor then you ordered?! Calling and won't give up corporate contact me!!! If the person I talked to was Bailey I wanna talk...

After 45 mins they started to serve but they sarted with the ppl that came last. After an hour few of the families with kids decided to leave we to get the refund waited another 15 mins for it. The cashier believe his name was micheal was the one with the worst attitude. Asked if there was a manager he said store did not have one but have one between few several stores asked him if he would be in tomorrow. He said they was closed next day and day after. Does not matter how good ice cream is but this kind of behavior will drive ppl away. Would have given 0 stars but google does not have that option. Will never go...
