I give this store a 1 ⭐ I went to look for a pair of shoes at 7:30 Saturday and the doors were already locked! There were people in the store shopping and the employee looked at me like I was crazy trying to open the door and so I pointed to my wrist asking through the glass why they were closed and she just shook her head. So I walked back to my car and the employee was letting a customer out and I yelled from the parking lot and asked why they already have the doors locked when it clearly said they close at 8 and she said they lock the doors at 7:30 and let whoever's in the store continue to shop until 8. So FYI don't try and go at 7:30 and think you will get in. This is absolutely ridiculous and lazy customer service and lack of work ethic! This is just my experience, but also my final straw… this place never has my size in stock and the one time they do.. the item was defected! So I’m giving one star due to lack of selection AND because they failed to at least store credit the jeans I wanted to return… I understand their policy says no returns for clothes with tags that aren’t attached.. but when I pulled off the last tag which was the size sticker tag… there was a huge mark in the shape of the tag… I’m a single mother so I don’t shop often… I made this purchase 15 days ago… she said if I would have returned it sooner, she would have honoured it.. she refused to do store credit as well… I will not be stepping back into this place due to the lack of selection, compassion and for refusing to give a refund or at least an in store credit for obviously...
