Absolutely horrible experience once I got home. Keep reading and I'll explain. I was in the store to sell a ring which I ended up doing and I also spoke to the same woman about a computer but when I first was dealing with her she got a phone call answered it and sat there and talked to the person about their loan while she made me wait and I was nice as can be and was patient. When she finished the call she proceeded to help me and she did a very nice job with that. Here's where things take a terrible turn. I finally make it home after a while and I remember that the computer that didn't come with the monitor would still work for me because I forgot I have an extra monitor I'm not using so I tried to get information on it. Here's the kicker after me patiently waiting for her to speak to somebody about their loan when I was coming in as a customer when I called to ask her about the computer with no monitor she says I'll need to call back that she's got a customer in front of her. That was not nice. This place has lost me as a customer for the way I was treated I will start going to other places after I just raved about you guys being so clean and so nice and then I get treated...

I forgot to put in this review for Elissa, i promised her i would! Im gonna make this short and sweet, because this is seriously like the 5th time I've tried to write this, and i keep accidentally deleting it haha, so Kathy & Elissa are both awesome, Kathy is very blunt and straightforward! Elissa is a sweetheart! So i rate (Kathy & Elissa) both 5 stars!

The shop I rate 3 stars, the reason is because out of all the pawn shops in the polk county area, this shop gives the absolute LOWEST prices on ANYTHING!!! Doesn't matter if you're selling it, or getting a loan on it! Also another thing that bothers me about this pawn shop is, if someone does a LOT of business with yall, and they basically get everything out of pawn and they have good credit with yall, maybe yall should treat them a little better... you know because they're good CUSTOMERS and make YALL money, and those same customers are the reason yall are even in business and are employed!!! No reason to be rude to people and treat them like they're dirt when they walk into your establishment! Because a few of your employees have made me feel like that a...

Kathy Was super rude. I came in with a Cuban chain that I trade for something else. I don’t know how much gold value is and I’m and I don’t work in a pawn shop. I came in asking them. How much did they offer me and she said you gotta know how much you want and I say I don’t know and she said I’ll give you two dollars , super unprofessional, super rude old lady lady dark skin. She was very kind. I never been on a pawnshop which she knew because when she got my license, she didn’t find my name. I’m not there because I’m broke and I’m not there because I’m desperate. I’m there to sell gold that I trained in another business. that’s messed up that the people that family and jewelry have working there therefore, on customer service after all the drama, she offer me $600 which I think is a little low but I don’t know I’m about gold so I took the 600 because I’m still on top I was going to buy a gun there with that money but for the situation I just left.
