The store is darling. Tables and antique cabinets are filled with the best smelling skin care products, bath and body soaps and scrubs, and candles. There is two rooms of products to explore of treatments and serums to fix your skin as well as products to get you clean. They also sell apparel and gifts.

While I was visiting they were holding their first ever Spring Cleaning Sidewalk event outside the store to coincide with the art festival that was happening. Rafa offers in store spa nights where you can drink wine and sample products which sounds like heaven to me. This is a store that doesn't just sell skincare. After visiting I can see they really care about their customers and they want to provide them with education and great products. Very disappointing how I was treated today 4/18/2025. Older lady with darker hair was very rude. The younger girls were very polite. I made an online order for a loaf of soap & when I went to pick up she had such a nasty attitude because my mother in law didnt want a cut loaf she wanted it just the way I ordered not cut. She kept saying well its not easy to cut its hard and telling me its a no return policy if she cant cut it. Ive been purchasing the loaf once a month & yet to have a issue cutting them. If a customer requests for it not to be cut whats the issue on giving that to them? Why do they have to deal with a attitude. I will not longer purchase from bartow if I have to deal with this!. I have been using Rafa Naturals for several years. The vitamin C cream is my favorite product & the facial oil and oil cleanser are amazing must haves. But what got me to finally do a long overdue review is the Calming Herbal Facial Steam. I have used this product several times before & love how my face feels after using. It also has relieved my sinus congestion too! Tonight after my facial steam I poured the mix into a foot soak adding warm water & epson salt.
