We had such a wonderful experience at Bartow Christian Books & Gifts! My son, who’s in 4th grade, has recently shown an interest in reading the Bible, so we stopped in to pick one out for him. Sandy went above and beyond to help him find a Bible that he would truly enjoy, taking the time to guide him thoughtfully through the options. Bo did an excellent job engraving his name on the cover and even let my son watch and learn about the process, which made it extra special for him.

My youngest, who is on the spectrum, had lots of questions during our visit. Sandy was so patient and incredibly sweet with him. She shared that she had taught for over 50 years, and it showed! Her wisdom, warmth, and experience as a retired teacher really shone through in how she interacted with both of my boys.

Over the years I have come to be friends and not just a customer with Bo and Sandy they are a gift from God. Sometimes I know what I want but it’s hard to get to the store so I call and Bo will order or set it aside for me . Today it’s very difficult to find real customer service most businesses have a 1-800 # because they don’t care but not Bo and Sandy they have phone # because they truly care about their customer.
